How long did you have your zippy? Because my zippy is doing the same thing with the threading and it did that after like 3 m9nths of me using it but by now I've had it for a year so I'm wondering if they would replace mine or if it's too late at this point. That threading thing really takes away from the wallet.

+ZoilaSolis hi Zoila I had the wallet for about 7-8 months. They should that's unacceptable quality for a designer item. Definitely is not wear and tear that the stickers are coming out. Thanks for watching.

The SA replaced your DE Zippy wallet with the older model which has 8 slots, the new one has 12 slots.
