hey Randy its call the American Barbecue system pitmaster. it has eight racks. i can put 3 butts per rack on the bottom and two per rack on the top rack. 20 butts
hey darrell, its combination of all three, i can go propane and wood, charcoal /wood or just wood. i also have the option to just run pellets. hope that helps
