This is the 24th episode of the Hearthstone Expansion Showdown in which me and Dekkster are going to build 3 decks for different classes after having access to Classic Hearthstone. We then face off in a best of 5 match to see who is going to be victorious. After every episode the next set in chronological order will be unlocked, making our decks better and better over time

I like how when Solem and Dekkster started this, they were a bit awkward with each other. Now, the conversation seems to flow more naturally. They seem to be really good friends now. It's so wholesome.

Btw if you are going for a wheel spins in season 2 of expansion showdown, you should probably change something. Like if you have all the commons - exclude commons from a wheel spin.
I think they could make it "get (10-5) packs of (expansion depends from the wheel)"
@@Raffy-10k sounds fun but I think that the point of wheel spin is to get something specific to compensate that you lost a random battle in pack opening.
The Classic set actually has some of the best cards in the game

The among us guy (disguised toast) used to play hearthstone, he was actually my first hearthstone youtuber I ever watched, but he doesn’t play anymore
TIP: Arcane Golem is the best Leeroy replacement. I played a rogue deck with arcane golem instead of Leeroy to Diamond 5 in Classic before I got sick of the mode. There's also a Warlock OTK with Arcane Golem over Leeroy
Southsea Deckhand+Faceless was also used in the post-Leeroy nerf meta.
I like how this is also what people did back in the day when they did not have Leeroy, myself included

The previous turn you use Vanish to clear the field of any possible traunts/Argus targets, an to prevent yourself from overdrawing with auctioneer.
What if you guys play core set only (i.e. standard) for next week, but only using the cards you have access to

I don't know if that series was worth it for you guys money wise, but if you do next season, make it so that you can only use cards from that set. Or that year.

Watching you lose every week has lost its charm. You should consider actually scripting the vids.
The fact that Auctioneer has existed since 2014 and the only thing they ever did to it was nerf it to 6 mana just makes me mad, so many problematic cards over the years yet nothing is done about them, but warlock gets 1 good card that doesn’t even make it tier 1 and it ends up getting banned, the dev team really doesn’t know how to balance the game
