The Scrum (at least in my opinion) is the defining characteristic that not only separates Rugby from all other games, it is also the Scrum is also what makes Rugby "rugby". Which now leads me to my question: can anyone tell me the origins of and the history behind "The Scrum" as well as how it became formalized in the sport of Rugby??
wow this so amazing didnt even know america had a long historyof the game ,in some sense the sleeping giant is waking up ,very soon america will be a major force in rugby and i think they are already well on their way
dexter 69 It's where we get American Football from! Rugby has been here longer than our own sport. It was just that American Football took off faster and gained more popularity than Rugby did.
