Nice. Do they work ok with fast crossbow bolts?
Sorry for the delay in answering, my Computer went down, I would not recommend this for Crossbows, once you get over 350 FPS the bolts are really hard to remove.

How does this hold up when shooting heavy setups, 650 grains, with footers?
It works well with my 70 lb set up, with 500 grain arrows, that is the heaviest I have shot it with.
Where do you source the foam?
We make it in house.

How does the foam handle the elements like rain
It is bonded, closed cell foam, it is unaffected by the elements.
