I lost my friend that day but i thank God i survived to live to tell the story. It was not easy, my University journey started in the most painful way but I managed to join at the exact September 2015 and pursue my Bachelor of Economics and Statistics, it called for resilience, hardwork and embracing my new way of life. Moving around the vast corridors of KU was not easy, but i kept pushing. 4 years later i earned my degree, 2 years year later I'm doing well career wise and a proud Statistician. If I'm get the chance to secure that amazing initiative, It would come in handy as i go back to Kenyatta University to pursue my Masters Degree as a sign of how Determination and never losing hope in life no matter how tough the situation can make you achieve great levels!

The family lives in thika makongeni, deep down i have no doubt to nominate this family , they realy deserve it not only to transport brian to hospital but also as a reward to mama brian who left her job to take care of his son for all these years. She was playing at the Ganjoni Estate in Mombasa prior to the accident. She eventually lost both her legs and many fingers on her left hand during the accident.[3] She endured severe difficulties during her childhood as she lost both of her parents due to various circumstances and even had hard time to accept herself. Her father was shell shocked when he got to know about his daughter's accident and died following a sudden stroke. Her mother also died eight years after the accident and Asiya was left orphaned. Her relatives later became the guardians of her. Asiya has defied all these odds to become what she is today. A young independent lady with a regular job participating in all aspects of societal life. The first Kenyan female rower to compete at the Paralympics. A motivational speaker at various functions and events that motivates and empowers the less priviledged, etc, etc, etc It is difficult to find the right words to describe Asiya's personality. Maridady Motors Ltd Hello, and thank you so such an amazing initiative.
Today i nominate myself, having been involved in a road accident in March 2015 where i lost my leg after form 4 at the eve of me joining my university @ Kenyatta University on September 2015.

Hi Lyn, big up for the good work.
I would like to nominate my son Mose Njoroge who has an accident in 2014, I would simply call him a fighter the doctor's said he would never drive but now he is able to drive very well, he is a hard worker who never gives up and an inspiration to many people even the ones who had given up on him, the car would enable him to have ease at work since now he really struggles doing pick up and delivery for his laundry business he is also unable to carry heavy loads because of his nerves that were damaged during the accident.
Thank you and congratulations to maridady motors for the good work.
I also nominate Njoroge, very handworking young man.
I nominate Njoroge...I personally know him, he's such a hardworking man.

He is a yes to me, inspiring both the disable and the non disabled ones .
This man is a legend
Thank you Lynn Ngugi and your team for this amazing platform, also May Maridadi motors have many in returns for the kind act of gifting.
Secondly I pray and nominate for John Orimbo (Baba Sulwe)..I read and see how he helps other souls and still keep such a strong-spirited vibe despite being abled-differently.
Bless him with one machine that will help and facilitate him to continue the good work of the Lord.Amen.
I nominate Gradus Ochieng. Gradus is a true reflection of the famous phrase, disability is not inability. He is my warrior, my mentor and mostly important he is someone who's impacted several lives positively. I therefore nominate him for this prize so he can reach out for as many People as possible. That guy is so wise..maybe the King Solomon of our generation. His wisdom needs to be passed to at least some if not all Kenyans. Please consider him.
I nominate mercy jelagat a PWD frm Nandi county, she's such a strong and trusting lady despite the problem and the situation. She still give the hand to other and help PWds with little she has.She also mentors other PWDs and also give guide and cancelling to those under influence in our society.please give her a chance.
I nominate Asiya Mohammed. Here is a short introduction. Asiya met with a tragic train accident in 1994 when she was just two years old.
You need to meet her to understand. There are thousands out there that deserve to get this opportunity, but I put Asiya on the top of the list!
If they choose me for driving course im ready to start the journey ,I want to make my dream come true and inspire young people in my village that whatever you dream is always valid and give back to the community
I nominate Patricia Mativo. She's a young enthusiastic lady who's abled differently but has immersed herself to help society.
