But the fact she is the head of the Rainbow Monkeys company still shows that although she grew older, she didn't completely grow up, and she still has a bit of that inner kid in her.

It deeply reminds me of my own childhood friend. We never had any romantic feelings for each other but we were the best of friends and always trusted and came through for each other.
2 things are the reason why I love this so much. 1. Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 4 are CANNON, and 2. Wally went to Harvard!! I just love that so much!!! Like it was a bit of a pet peeve that Wally was such an idiot so I'm really proud of him that he went to med school at Harvard ☺️ I feel like a proud mom.
I'm calling a bluff about the Harvard thing. "Second year of med school, at Harvard." I don't think Harvard is a med school... I believe. But I do believe his scrunched up chewed gum of a brain is part of his charm. If he just got rid of that, then his other things he's actually good at: Fighting, observation skills, and his loyalty wouldn't shine so much. Plus who doesn't like cute, gullible Wally? I know I do.
This cliffhanger was too perfect. Not only did the final episode set up the GKND and the Teens Next Door, but this last cutscene shows that there are Adults Next Door who still fight the good fight for kids everywhere.
KND secret operatives (Those who even after reaching teenage years are not decommissioned due to their accomplishments and trust for the knd). I read a fan comic made by Accelart recently that took place in their teenage years and I highly recommend it. It honestly did everything right that to me I consider it an unofficial sequel. Its called "KND: The Fall"

Even though GKND didn't get picked up, this epilogue clearly taking place after that puts a neat cap on the franchise and showcases that things will end happily for everyone. Sector V grew up into accomplished adults, they didn't get decommissioned and maintained their friendship, Numbuh 1 is returning and they all seem to have come to terms and become content with adulthood which was the character's greatest fear, to the point Numbuh had times had a zealot hatred towards adults as seen in the GKND teaser. Its all okay in the end.
I love how Warburton trolled us having number 3 gesture to her husband number 4 in the chair next to the sofa off screen but number 2 interrupted her giving us the impression she meant him instead. When I was a kid I was a big shipper of 3 and 4 so when I saw this for the first time I was so upset until number 4 told 2 to stop hugging his wife at the end 😂

Really glad how Wally ended up successful, shows how much a kid can change when they grow up. Went to Harvard, became a doctor, married Kuki. I think part of his success came from the fact that Kuki came from a strict asian family, it's possible he worked hard to become a doctor so he would be accepted as number 3s husband by her parents.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Wally and Kuki would put their kids in prestigious schools and set standards for them like having good grades like Kuki's parents.

I love the numbuh 2 actor. You can tell he’s playing up Hoagie’s bad jokes and borderline senality as a means of messing with Father, but there are moments where you see his intelligence and warmth shine through “making a pact,”
Ok the ending made me happy as hell I don't even remember this episode as a kid but I'm glad I'm watching it now Re watching this sparked the kid in me again and it's a nice feeling Plus numbah 3 and numbah 4 being married is literally the best things ever.
This is so experimental & surreal for a kids cartoon. Like this is damn near genre pushing. This finale should seriously be studied by other animators on how to satisfyingly end a hit cartoon.

I like when Numbuh 5 became a Supreme Commander and decides to decommission Numbuh 363 because of his insanity of being touched and selfishness to the KND. But the missing part is that they never showed what Numbuh 362 say when she finds out that her brother got decommissioned and ganged up on by his own teammates.
Well I think 💭 she’s glad he’s decommissioned. He was mean to everyone. Heck, she might have even been mean to her. And he didn’t like being touched either. So he’s gone and all is well. He’s stuck at home 🏠 now, with nothing to do. No more missions, and no more kids 🧒 next door 🚪.
In a show where kids fight spank vampires (that sounds dirtier than it should) and a guy who frequently bursts into flames; that is the single most unbelievable thing

I used to love the old cartoon show when I was 11. I always ship Wally and Kuki as couples and ever since the last episode came out, it is revealed they became a canon and got married. I was also surprised that Kuki sounds like her mom and Wally became a little smarter at graduating Harvard Medical school. Growing up really changes them.
I can't believe Wally went to Harvard. Its so shocking Like damn. He never was as dumb as everyone though. Remember he was the one who figured out his friends were replaced by their opposites just by seeing how their eyes were different
I think a theory of how number 4 got smarter was when that episode where he ate a Brussel sprout and the shrunk themselves to get it out, number 5 shot a harpoon into his brain and for a split second, he was yelling intellectual phrases. And that harpoon was still lodged into his brain.
It was also mentioned that he could tell apart from his real friends to their evil counterparts from the Negaverse in Operation Pool and outsmarted his evil counterpart.
I’m pretty sure it is...Wonder what happened? Did the kids finally defeat the adult villains? Or grow up and make peace with them? Or did the villains retired from villainy?

Yeah it definitely had more of a punch on the first viewing, probably because Father was doing a good job of sounding so calm that when he starts to sound familiar it’s too late for us to start thinking “is that Father? It’s sounds like him...” because the camera just instantly turns to Father and we’re all like “OH SHIT!!! NUMBER ONE IS IN TROUBLE NOW!!”
The couples we shipped are Canon! I feel like Numbuh 3 really ended up taking after her mom by becoming a business woman. I am curious to know when Numbuh 4 started using his brain. Numbuh 2 is still the comedic guy we know and love. Numbuh 5 grew up and is still am awesome AND operative (complete with become Supreme Leader sometime after Numbuh 1 left), and seeing Father in CGI scared the daylights and night lights out of me the first time I saw this

Adult Number 5’s actress was Fran Jaye. Fran Jaye wasn't originally Numbuh 5, but landed the role during her audition and she had the most lines out of everyone. In the end, She passed away on July 1, 2022. 😭💔🕯️🕊️.

I know that this probably wouldn't have been in line with the whole "message" of KND I guess, but did anyone else kind of wish there had been some moment where the characters reflect on how being an adult really isn't all that bad? Like of course they cherish their childhoods and time in the KND, and they'll always be kids at heart, but that there are also plenty of great things they got to experience as adults too, like getting married. I don't know, I think it would have been cute.
I definitely think I learned something from KND. Like Number Zero said, I’d love to be able to do all the things I did as a kid, no worries, all the time and strength in the world! But there comes a time when we have to face the fact that we’re just not kids anymore, and the boring rules grown ups put on us are part of the responsibility of being an adult. But what’s the point of being an adult if you can’t act childish too? We may grow up, but never abandon the fun loving spirit as a kid!

I love how they lead us on with Numbah 2 and 3. It was so obviously random, and it just built up to the ship everyone really wanted!
Plus numbuh 5 and 2 make sense. 2 liked 5's sis and it would be great revenge on 5 to get back at her sister. Yes, 5 and 2 fight at times but they are friends and teammates. A few fights don't define the ultimate relationship

I love the numbuh 2 actor. You can tell he’s playing up Hoagie’s bad jokes and borderline senality as a means of messing with Father, but there are moments where you see his intelligence and warmth shine through “making a pact,”

This is so experimental & surreal for a kids cartoon. Like this is damn near genre pushing. This finale should seriously be studied by other animators on how to satisfyingly end a hit cartoon.

Because animation costs an arm and a leg compared to the props used in this set lmao. Look up wander over yonders video on it- The Hiatus, cause this took like a day to film compared to a year to wait for the animation to get finalized from storyboard to animation.

I like when Numbuh 5 became a Supreme Commander and decides to decommission Numbuh 363 because of his insanity of being touched and selfishness to the KND.
But the missing part is that they never showed what Numbuh 362 say when she finds out that her brother got decommissioned and ganged up on by his own teammates.

I used to love the old cartoon show when I was 11. I always ship Wally and Kuki as couples and ever since the last episode came out, it is revealed they became a canon and got married.
I was also surprised that Kuki sounds like her mom and Wally became a little smarter at graduating Harvard Medical school. Growing up really changes them.
Wally probably ate Brussels sprout again. I can't explain how else an idiot like him could graduate even grade school.

I think a theory of how number 4 got smarter was when that episode where he ate a Brussel sprout and the shrunk themselves to get it out, number 5 shot a harpoon into his brain and for a split second, he was yelling intellectual phrases. And that harpoon was still lodged into his brain.
It was also mentioned that he could tell apart from his real friends to their evil counterparts from the Negaverse in Operation Pool and outsmarted his evil counterpart.

@@SpeedBoltz well the galactic kid’s next door wanted to wipe all adults a teens evil or not, out of existence. Probably what happened was that the earth knd and the adult villains(minus Father) formed and alliance to stop them.
OH FLIP! That reveal actually made me jump a bit when I was younger
Yeah it definitely had more of a punch on the first viewing, probably because Father was doing a good job of sounding so calm that when he starts to sound familiar it’s too late for us to start thinking “is that Father? It’s sounds like him...” because the camera just instantly turns to Father and we’re all like “OH SHIT!!! NUMBER ONE IS IN TROUBLE NOW!!”

I remember being so confused seeing the KND grown up and in live action.
The whole fake out that with Numbuh 2 and 3 seeming like they got together when it was actually 3 and 4 like we all wanted is the greatest prank ever.
The cherry on top will always be Numbuh 4, the dumbest member of the sector, getting to go to med school at Harvard.
He's actually smart, he purposely got bad grades in school.
The couples we shipped are Canon! I feel like Numbuh 3 really ended up taking after her mom by becoming a business woman. I am curious to know when Numbuh 4 started using his brain. Numbuh 2 is still the comedic guy we know and love. Numbuh 5 grew up and is still am awesome AND operative (complete with become Supreme Leader sometime after Numbuh 1 left), and seeing Father in CGI scared the daylights and night lights out of me the first time I saw this

Adult Number 5’s actress was Fran Jaye.
Fran Jaye wasn't originally Numbuh 5, but landed the role during her audition and she had the most lines out of everyone. In the end, She passed away on July 1, 2022. 😭💔🕯️🕊️.

I know that this probably wouldn't have been in line with the whole "message" of KND I guess, but did anyone else kind of wish there had been some moment where the characters reflect on how being an adult really isn't all that bad? Like of course they cherish their childhoods and time in the KND, and they'll always be kids at heart, but that there are also plenty of great things they got to experience as adults too, like getting married. I don't know, I think it would have been cute.
I definitely think I learned something from KND. Like Number Zero said, I’d love to be able to do all the things I did as a kid, no worries, all the time and strength in the world! But there comes a time when we have to face the fact that we’re just not kids anymore, and the boring rules grown ups put on us are part of the responsibility of being an adult. But what’s the point of being an adult if you can’t act childish too? We may grow up, but never abandon the fun loving spirit as a kid!
Miss when this episode was on UA-cam. A darn shame it's not on HBO Max with the rest of the episodes.
