Price agreement?
Mobile operators in Bulgaria is more like El Dorado, normal consumer rights are not really respected.
If you have inside your mobile plan a exxtra contract for lets say satellite TV, you can't just stop or deactivate without losing your phone number at the end of 24 months contract. You first have to sign a new contract or sign with another provider to keep your phone number.
Bulgaria has no pay by the month after your contract is free
