@ReversalFXG It actually isn't, because you get way less Dyna energy, so there are fewer dynamaxes. Also during dynamax there are fewer total actions ( from one person insead of 6 for duo)
PokeAK also did it, and a person in japan did it too. PokeAK had to use a max mushroom with lapras as a tank, a maxed out metagross, and a maxed out toxtricity as a damage dealer. I'm assuming the max moves are fully leveled up, but also the articuno had to have a specific moveset. not sure what.
I spent like 500-600k stardust in preparation for this raid and then did 1. 😭 Well, I have a pretty powerful Metagross, Excadrill, and Toxtricity now, but they don't have great stats (IV's?), which feels wasteful. One positive thing I can say about this raid is, following information by BT91, I was able to perform well in the raid without having to eat a $4 mushroom. Still, it is hard to figure out how much the 600k stardust spent was worth in comparison to popping a mushroom. At least, the stats raised by stardust are permanent, unlike the mushroom that is one use.
Well, If it's any consolation to you, those 3 are the safest investments anyone can make right now. Excadrill and Toxtricity both have very good match ups against more than half of the gigantamax mons that will come in the future. Metagross is Metagross, so it will stay relevant forever. So yeah, congratulations on having such a solid team!
And also, I don't think IVs will make a difference in whether you can complete a raid or not if you have the right counters, so it wasn't a waste of stardust at all
@ its no the pokemon but the animation. The time the animation is sending the charge attack, you would put much more points in max meter through the fast attack.
@raphaeld4313 its not about the damage but the time you spend to fill the max meter. Fast attack fill the max meter much more faster, allowing you to maximize damage over time by going dyanamx or Gigantamax. Get it now?
Sorry Brandon, but i done a duo on Monday without any mushrooms used, no gmax pokemon used and only 1 pokemon above lvl 40 and that was only 41.5 These articuno are actually far easier than expected/people think.
Should have rolled Lapras, you may be able to solo this with two Lapras and Toxtricity. With Lapras you can use .5 second fast moves. Not using those is why it took you guys painfully long each time to fill the meter.
Arti solo was done with Metagross spam and Metagross/Excadrill, in both cases using charge moves. Charge moves are actually worth using on a boss with only 20K HP (smallest amount we've seen on a Gmax was 60HP Gengar)
Double lapras lvl40 with 0 skills upgraded and 1 toxtricity as high as you can with lvl3 attack does it duo really easy, ideal moves is triple axel and icy wind
this can't be the first duo. We did duo the night it came out without mushrooms, we did have tier 4 bonus stacked from raid day, but multiple people in our groups went and did duos. There was a duo guide out 9 hours before it released in our region also. This is a click bait title.
It does, and Meteor Mash / Rock slide actually hit hard enough to generate more than 1 dmax energy per use. This plus the fact they deal a non negligible amount of damage makes them worth using.
I duoed it with a lvl 30 charizard, lvl 30 blastoise and like lvl 20 cinderace. My duo used a lvl 40 charizard with a lvl 30 machamp and metagross. We did this days ago and you ain’t the first to do it man…we did it with like bare minimum stuff and y’all struggled with top tier Pokémon
A Person in germany did. ist solo with a mushroom
spieletrend 😂
this doesn't matter because of mushroom, its the same like doing duo dynamax articuno without it
@ReversalFXG It actually isn't, because you get way less Dyna energy, so there are fewer dynamaxes. Also during dynamax there are fewer total actions ( from one person insead of 6 for duo)

@thegemninja766 i watched it too

@valentinojerez3207 thanks

@valentinojerez3207 that is good to know. Yes, I won't be using those monsters for Battle League.
Def get that Toxtricity ready for Gmax Kingler
Isn't using charge moves slower when charging the max meter?
Only for some Pokemon, some others are faster with charge moves i think
Why using charging attacks when not dynamax? Its much more slower, its advice to only use fast to fill max metter
I think it depends on the Pokemon and that there are some where Charged is better
best max power generation is 0.5sec fast moves + no charged moves
@ its no the pokemon but the animation. The time the animation is sending the charge attack, you would put much more points in max meter through the fast attack.
Charge moves are worth using vs Dmax Arti. They do enough damage to make a difference
@raphaeld4313 its not about the damage but the time you spend to fill the max meter. Fast attack fill the max meter much more faster, allowing you to maximize damage over time by going dyanamx or Gigantamax. Get it now?
Thanks for all the advice. From the comment section, it's really useful..😊
Tray return point haha

Go Princess!!!! 👏🙌🤜
There are many that soloed it...
.
ok? but brandon doing duo, not solo, he didn't say he was the first soloer
@jojobro123 But he did say that he didn't think the Solo was possible. That's why people are posting saying it IS possible to solo it.
many is a bit exaggerated 😂
@@divineknight374 sure, but ain't using premium items smh
@jojobro123 Then don't. 🤷
Well done👍🏼
Don't use your charged moves, fast moves make the meter faster than charged moves
It was observed this is not the case vs Articuno. Charges moves do a significant amount of damage on Dmax Arti, thus they're actually worth it
@raphaeld4313 oh ok thanks
Double lapras lvl40 with 0 skills upgraded and 1 toxtricity as high as you can with lvl3 attack does it duo really easy, ideal moves is triple axel and icy wind
It is easy but I think max spot should be added
Any reason that they did not dodge those targeted attacks? Their mons probably will last longer if they did.
this can't be the first duo.

super cool
Don’t use charged attacks. It doesn’t charge meter
It does, and Meteor Mash / Rock slide actually hit hard enough to generate more than 1 dmax energy per use. This plus the fact they deal a non negligible amount of damage makes them worth using.
@ ok but the difference is taking a charged attack
Ann is such a beautiful woman, she has wonderful eyes and a very beautiful smile ❤❤❤
Nice vid
Wow nice
It is possible to solo articuno
Yeah. But not without mushrooms
Where are you from brandontan sir
Singapore
is he not from japan and moved to Singapore?@@Astros_2217
Hai

I'm gonna try it cause I got resources. Did you level up ur max moves?
Shut up dude you are straight up lying
Proof? Otherwise cope and seethe that you aren't good 😂
@@decayedflowers7679you’re such a loser lol
