Such a weird layout. Easily could have had 2 more small rooms maybe for a butler or live in maid. That last room was the strangest.

Agreed. N no pool house? That bbq patio area sure seemed tall enough to have one upstairs but I guess not
The dinning room in the front of the house is an Atlanta type of design. The dinning room should be closer to the heart of the house, intimate and more private. eliminate one shower and vanity in the primary suite and add 4 square feet for a his closet and a safe. The laundry room is good size, the sink is awkwardly placed. Nashville does love its gabled houses. The uninsulated HVAC area, why should it be up to the owner to finish. The additional bedrooms have a strange layout, no continuity at all. The architect and builder did not know what to do with the space.
Hallways in the upstairs are two feet too wide for a house of 8,300 square feet. The outdoor kitchen is too far from the covered patio, there is no shower in the pool pavilion, unless not shown, forgot a ceiling fan as well. The garage floors should be finished for the price point.
