Then if it is bad to have more or less merit or efficiency or qualification and to have difference in merit or efficiency or qualification and to have unequal merit or efficiency or qualification among the citizens and those who support this opinion are bound to accept this thing that all citizens of all different professions and works should have equal merit, efficiency or qualification or it is good thing to have equal merit, efficiency or qualification.
We are seeing from our practical experience that it is necessary to have various professions or works in order to have been living in this present worldly state life.

when it is found in a democratic country a Deputy Commissioner is getting more salary than his office orderly and a university teacher is getting more salary than a primary school teacher or a President is getting more salary than his body guard and then whether any cause and logic is adduced for this salary difference meaning the financial discrimination which has been made? Whether financial discriminatory law is made by wrong application of the word named “qualification”?. Deputy Commissioner and orderly of the Deputy Commissioner, these two persons have two types of jobs or backgrounds. President and his / her body-guard has two types of works. So, the question of judging qualification can not be raised without mentioning particular subject or profession or work among /between two / many persons of different professions in the particular STATES. The question cannot be raised to assess the difference of qualification among citizens of different professions or different jobs .

Can discriminatory financial, social and political law
can be framed in the country on the basis of congenital matter?
The thing in which no labor of man / woman is invested can pride or exaggeration be made on that thing? And such law should not be made which creates discrimination based on such thing as has been received congenitally. Then the financial benefit which we received from our families congenitally, if it is discriminatory then it can not be said as reasonable. Some get more financial benefit again some get less financial benefit and again some get nothing. In this case if the money of the family is more then whatever is the standard of merit or efficiency or qualification of the children or dependants they will get more financial benefit and if the money of the family is less then they will get less financial benefit irrespective of the quality of the merit or efficiency or qualification of the children or dependants. And it may happen that if the parents or guardians think that they will not give any money to the children or dependants,and they can do so. All these things are the products of written or unwritten laws. We are seeing here that there are contradictory laws in the modern democratic countries and these such modern democracy based laws impede the balanced development of the citizens and the law which impede the balanced development among the citizens of the particular states and that laws must lose legitimacy. The condition is such that as if there were existing of two states making contradictory laws on the same matter in the single state or country .
Which family you will born in, whether you will born in the house of President, or in the house of Teacher or in the house of Weaver or in the family of Sweeper or in the house of rich or poor you do not determine it before your birth. Because you have no existence in this mundane world before your birth. So a person has no credit or discredit in the case of getting all these things. So it will be most unjust and unreasonable to make any law which create social, political and financial discrimination basing on these things. Because there should be a background behind making a law. So once a financial law will be made for the citizens in the country on the basis of labour or merit or efficiency or qualification and again the law will be made for financial law without any labour or merit or efficiency or qualification. All these things in the state are being done through written or unwritten laws which are contradictory on the same matter in the country / in the state
Why different instrumental arrangement? Very bad. All instrumental arrangement should always be same. The beginning should also be same. Any deviation from the original song degrades the song itself and it does create original appeal in the mind. India follows the original music arrangement, but in Bangladesh when the singer sings the same song different times, the instrumental arrangement changes every time. Why? This is very bad.
