Machinery is used to apply glue on OSB board, PVC sheet, metals, magnesite boards (MgO board), fiberboards, chipboards and insulators. Carriage applies adhesive and sprays water mist during the way back of the platforms. Adhesive extruder that provides applying of one-component polyurethane on the substrate automatically. Represents the stationary frame with adhesive node combined with one or two presses with movable platforms to move the substrates under the node and further transporting for pressing.

Also,how long does the adhesive take to cure?
It depends from the technology used and Open Time feature of the glue. For example if the Open Time is 15 minutes - the curing time will be x2.5 = 37.5 minutes

Hello Edward, you have to use single or bi-component PUR adhesive, this machine is designed for 1-C PUR.

It depends from r-value you need to reach for roof and wall panels. We use EPS, PUR and PIR.

😉I can not judge this issue because a strip club is out of my business and interest, but I believe in your experience:)
Instead of playing music, why don't you have a spokes person describe what is occuring? In the video you cannot even see the glue being applied, or even hydraulic pressure being applied. To sale and promote your product you need to sale it thru a method of teaching a posible client about what you produce!
