New Model of the SPL-10 Sandwich Panel Production Line
We created a technological process per the customer's request, including a one-component PUR adhesive application, assembling panels, and pressing.
A new model of the SPL-10 sandwich panel production line is additionally equipped with scissors lift with an automatic roller conveyor to help in assembling the panels' stacks.
You can adjust the glue-applying area's dimensions.
Having assembled, a stack of the panels goes automatically to the empty pneumatic press.
After pressing, the stack of the panels goes to the unloading area to be taken with a forklift.

@@MissionaryForMexico Yes the first one starts at the 0:18 second marks and ends at the 0:30 mark. it's cutting the groove in the backside foam in between the boards for the splice or end piece to go into.. You can see the snow coming out f the exhaust tube on the right side of the saw.. Sips are really easy and fast to work with..

1-component PUR
It is a cold glue technology. Hot melt glue is not good for SIPs, it is expensive and it is hard to find ICC-certified hot-melt glue for load-bearing constructions.

С тех пор не много изменилось в подходе и реализации к изготовлению оборудования ВЫСОКОГО качества (видно из многих видео произведенных станков и линий). С некоторых пор переехал и живу в Европе. Вспоминаю то время с чувством удовлетворения о проделанной работе и иногда жалею, что сменил место работы и страну...

Интересное решение с шпунтом в пенопласте. Но как панели в стене будут держаться друг с другом? Разве что только накладки скрепляющие с двух сторон панели. Лайк.

better than the wood itself. if you bend the wood. it will not broke from the joint but from other part of the beam. like welding 2 metals pieces together

Instead of playing music, why don't you have a spokes person describe what is occuring? In the video you cannot even see the glue being applied, or even hydraulic pressure being applied. To sale and promote your product you need to sale it thru a method of teaching a posible client about what you produce!

I wonder what the cost benefit would be to buy or rent this equipment, and roll your own vs buying and shipping them. It doesn't look too hard to operate but you would need to get a pretty big building to store what you need. Also, is there a CNC machine for making holes for windows and such? With a boxable running 50k, I'm sure this would be better for a small community.
