yeah but there is always one dirt bag reporter who asks questions unrelated to the conference see it all the time with the UFC press conference always some muppet asking stupid questions. Like well the guy is not a reporter but influencer the other day was being smart and asked diaz a question when he gets knocked out will he retire!
Why are people trying to get negativity out? Vince did what he did. The consequences should be his and not Cena's or anyone else. Stop forcing it out of others.

@Wringfale Right? What could he possibly say or add on that hasn't been said? And his media scrum is about his retirement, not Vince. People just want controversy in their lives I swear. It's like bringing up Chris Benoit: there's nothing new to be said about that other than the media storm that flares up when a wrestler talks about it. It's all about the drama, not actually caring about the victims.
He said the right thing to say. Vince is gone, its time to move on and let WWE move away from him. Hard to do that when reporters constantly bring his name up.

I don't think John is really going to say anything about Vince McMahon in a negative way, especially since he is with the company and he loves the company. I don't think he's ever going to say anything bad about Mr. Mcmahon especially since his boss is married to Vince McMahon's daughter.

On paper. I don't think in the long run anyone can say anything really bad about Vince. I know Randy recently said how Vince was as hard boss to work for, and kinda shined a negative light on that aspect. But. I think it might be a while before anyone in the current WWE roster that can talk about Vince's "backstage antics".

I disagree with Cena on the TKO thing, I don't think TKO is good for WWE. Merging UFC with WWE is awful as those two fan bases don't mesh.
Personally, I watch and enjoy both products. Watched wwe as a teen, then got into mma and stopped watching wrestling, but as I've gotten older and matured, I've come to value them both. I know that’s definitely not the case for everyone, but I feel like the clash between fanbases might be more of a vocal minority than we think. At least I'd like to believe so

This is kind of a zany idea, but what would be fitting in a sense as a retirement match, would be Cena vs Angle. If memory serves, wasn't he John's first match in wwe? It would be a fitting farewell.
