I just don't understand. I watched a lot of videos. Explain to me which car has the control panel disassembled and which car has been programmed with the OBD connector. For example, can the Ford f-150 since 2015 be programmed with the OBD plug?

Nope, prolly with the new digiprog 4 (which costs $5000+) it's possible via OBD 2 and this is very old digiprog 3 in the video. . .
