    I just got back 2 weeks ago from the meeting at the para canoe World Championships in duisburg Germany didn't make the cut for the Olympics but it's such a beautiful thing to see so many people who just do what they do from all over the world come together in peace I can't wait to be in Paralympicsf sport-specific stabilization exercises of courses most of e wgoesar training for Sprint kayaking in the power with that because you're movings a tiny boat as fast as you can through water with aerobic and anaerobic training to boot.
    but there's something so discipline about power lifting
    mad respect

    The announcer had no business saying a competitor was out of her depth. I watched an Iranian snowboarder take minutes to get down a hill. Don't start judging now.

      I race kayaks for the paracanoe team they're just as strict about testing as they are for able-bodied athletes I had to watch 145 quiz in because people countries rather also get athletes who have been training for a long time but may not have a disability they get doctors to falsify the records so we literally can spent 45 minutes getting classified and testing by a medical examiner to race when you compete internationally on a any kind of Olympic sport or sport that's wa da certified which is most of them depending on how well you do and during all of your International competition your subject to testing at anytime if you get a letter in the mail for an email that says you're on this certain list which are usually they're really good athletes even when you're on vacation chilling with your homies you have to let them know where you're at because they can show up for a drug test and they take two samples of urine and that second sample can be tested years later with better technology and if you fail you lose everything

      @Brolicpolitics 8 років тому +3

      +Dorian Taylor and I don't know what all of these women's disabilities half. but when I went paralyzed paralyze my over the course the time it was an injury but anyway long story I noticed my upper body with Kinect more signals than it used to I don't believe the peripheral nerves stop transmitting signals they just stop it to the area that you're used 2. so literally I don't think I would have ever been able to beat us buff up top the four wheels and I and I was athletic but not like this in my upper body is huge LOL

      Why are you going around commenting on Paralympics videos and calling them weak. Its an incredible achievement for them to just exercise. But this people defy the odds and are great at their craft. Not just that this people have bench pressing rivalling non disabled people at their weight categories.

    • @alivito4448
      @alivito4448 Рік тому +1

      @@nischal711 You can tell that this guy doesn't know anything about what he's talking about haha, the record in the bench press of the ipf 84 kg women is 145 kg, and with a much less range (we all know that in the ipf they do an excessive arc and range of at most 2cm lol), this woman achieved 145 kg accepted and a beautiful run, and 149kg which in everyone's eyes was perfect but in the Paralympics they are exaggeratedly strict and they did not accept it as valid. Paralympians are MUCH stronger than conventional powerlifters ,who look more like contortionists than strength athletes...
