I just finished one. I would recommend having 3 other people help you and get the proper equipment. 1 scissor lift, 1 telehandler, and 1 snorkel man lift. If you're insulating with batten insulation, don't use R19 on the walls. It's too thick and is extremely difficult to install the panels over it. R 12. Our manufacturer didn't give near enough butyl tape for the seams. Most instructions are minimal at best. Ask others who have done these for advice.
The building company was to lazy not to ship your siding, roofing panels and red iron in different packages. What do you think they would say when delivered to their own house ? When lining up your red connections you must use your basic red iron hand tools. You need to used a spud wrench, bull pin and sledge hammer it would have been a no brainer. It should not have taken more than a minute or two and had the bolts tightened and moved on. You're asking for accidents when you don't use the proper equipment on the job. The ground surface inside and around the building should be compacted and graded before equipment is used to prevent accidents. You need a laser to plumb and line your red iron building. Your calm demeanor is a plus for this kind of job. Unfortunately red buildings can beat you up and cause brain damage. You must follow the correct building procedure throughout the process. There are no shortcuts. I know what it is to be in your position. It sucks big time. I would hunt high and low for someone in your area that can help when you have questions. knowledge is key to success. Hope it works out for you.

We do R25 walls, R45 Roof insulate as we sheet, 1 1/2" 1/4" 14tpi screws have 5/16 head
