It took me about 5-6 hours in an R22 to get it stable. Just general advice, any movement of one control requires movement of all the other controls simultaneously. Raising the collective creates torque so you must have pedal input to compensate, etc. Also, control inputs and actual aircraft movement have a time lag, hence the "don't over control" mantra. If you wait to move your cyclic back to neutral until the aircraft is actually moving, you'll end up over controlling and making larger and larger movements.
You are Doing Excellent ,, I recommend you 2-3 hrs on a Robinson R22 ,,and have an Instructor try to flight your Chopper,,,I also notice RPM decaying which makes you less stable
Seems you had your collective about as high as you could. Maybe another 2 degrees positive pitch on the throw. Also concerned about your blades balance/weight.

Love it
You are way over controlling it. Should be able to basically fingertip it. Also, you really need to roll on more throttle. It shouldn't bog like that.
That's coming but look further ahead. It gives you better sense of what the tail is doing
Пролетели моменты вихания всей вертикальной колонны при касании земли, случаем редуктор со всем верхом не на салеблоках!?
