I will take your word for it. Katelyn was incredible, but I didn't see a lot of enthusiasm from the home team crowd on this video. That makes me sad because I clap for all the amazing routines regardless of the team.
pappysprite all eyes were locked on her, we were all clapping along and you could hear the roar of the crowd throughout the routine, at the beginning and the end of the routine

This young lady has changed the sport. I’m a 57 yr old guy who’s never cared about gymnastics - yet I’ve watched videos of this young lady do this same routine at 5+ different Univ - and marveled every time. I I’ve seen her videos like 30 times and know the damn choreography - and every little hair flip. She is amazing. I’m glad she’s found a way to joy through her sport - and she’s been so much fun to watch.
Katelyn is the best performing person ever!!! So much fun to watch her enjoy herself out there and just be happy. The ones who talk about her having any type of weight issue clearly just hate themselves because she is so amazing and they could never be 🙄😊

Not as familiar with the sport, but the obvious gymnastic talents mixed with the badass dancing moves is fantastic. Perhaps more common in the sport than im aware of, but no one doing it like this!

She is obviously having the most fun doing this. That kind of smile can’t be faked. But I also really loved that her teammates are all doing some of the routine as well and are totally vibing with her. Such support. Such enjoyment.
Katelyn in my opinion is the greatest US gymnast the sport has seen. A+ gymnastics performance integrated with the excellent choreography and Michael Jackson's song. If ever was with the USA team to the Olympics, definitely her name and the team's will be in the records book forever.
