Tbf not that hard... people just generally don't have the time to learn another language or they are too lazy to learn it. Most people can pick up a language in a matter of months where it could carry them through the country. It took me 4.5 months to learn Japanese studying 1-2 hours a day. I went to a chiropractor years ago in South Florida. When they crack you back it is weird. When they crack your neck it is scary but so good. One of the doctors had additional specialties, include equine chiropractor.
