Hello from Italy. Sir, may I ask you how this knife perform on food processing? Is it still a good slicer?. I use my knives during camping and hiking. Can you suggest me a good Benchmade for this purpose? Is the Turret a good choice?. Thanks!.
I would say the Benchmade freek or super freek would be great. It has a higher grind flatter blade, but is also robust and shine in the outdoors, especially if you get the super freek in M4 steel. It's an awesome knife!!!

Brandon is a fossil himself and he is working on self preservation! I think everyone should have an Electric Abrams tank as well as an electric Apache hell of em chopper! Too bad we do not have the power grid to charge these but at least they will look pretty on our front lawns. Actually my all new super duper electric tank will be parked on top of the closest KIA I am able to find!! On a serious note I live the turret. Too bad they kinda discontinued these.

Never used it for that purpose although its plenty capable
