There is no set time frames. Department does look at these visas but since you are unable to enter australia on visa 300 now, they might postpone the processing in favour of other visas

This needs to be determined on a case by case basis. But generally you can show joint lease agreements or joint mortgage applications, utility bills etc

yes, you can apply for a tourist visa. in order to get an exemption to travel to australia, you would need a good reason. Generally, visitor visa holders would not be allowed into australia now.

Yes do it. Facebook chats. Pitchers of you and him with family and friends. Any email records. Phone chats. Does he provide for you? You can send in money transfer receipts that he sent you. Western union receipts anything to show that your relationship is ongoing and continuing

How do you even get married online? If you are unmarried, then you can get 309 visa or visitor visa. But the problem of cause, is getting an exemption to travel.
You have to prove a reasonable reason why you married online in your visa application. And prove it's legal by some government department in your country to identifying its legal with a letter head from them. It could work. But you will have to prove that you been dating for the past 12 months and have physically meet by showing photos of each other with family and friends. Phone call or Facebook chats dating back from when you first met. Anything to prove your relationship is ongoing and continuing.

Everything needs to be translated in english. Stat Dec does not need to be from Australians, can be from any nationality. Not sure, if GP in Spain is allowed to witness the state dec, just follow the Spanish requirements for this...

there is not set time unfortunately. on average it takes about a year and a half, but can be longer
1 to 2 years depending if you come under a risk category countries. You can look that up if your country comes under the Australian visa risk category countries listed or not. Then add the pandemic causing delays.
hloo.. my fiancée has Australian TR. He's currently in India bcoz of covid and we are getting married in coming month (december 2021) . I have recently completed my Masters degree with 75% and have overall 7 band in ielts. Now my question is that can i apply for dependent visa after marriage and also my partner will head back to australia as soon as borders restrictions will lay off. it would be difficult for a case officer to make a decision on your case. we can recommend to add additional documents proving your ongoing communication and other commitments to the application as you wait.
You have to show proof that your relationship is ongoing and continuing throughout your visa application. Send in photos of each other with family and friends. Including any emails exchange or recorded phone calls messages of each other from Facebook chat is all you would need to do to prove your relationship is ongoing and continuing. You don't need to send in joint bills or bank accounts. Does he provide for you? You can send in bank transfer detail recipient of money he sent you also.

have you contacted the department?
Some countries come under a visa risk category. You should check to see if Lebanon falls under that category countries listed. The time frame for partner spouse can take 1 to 2 years plus add delay for the pandemic. But you applied back in 2019. You should contact the department of immigration that is offshore who is dealing with the visa application. You can email them and ask them what is the latest status of the visa application and why has it been delay for so long. Just remember if he has a police record or has any record on a international watch list it can delay his visa for longer. Especially if he has previously been married beforehand. Or any other issues.
I had issues with immigration back in 2012 trying to bring my wife to Australia from ukraine. Her visa took 3 years to be granted and I had to go to court to appeal a decision because there was a mix up with someone in her country who shared the same name and birth date.

You can only sponsor a partner when you are on a permanent visa. Student visa is a temporary visa - so you cannot sponsor your gf for a visa.
You can potentially add her as a subsequent entrant on your student visa if you can prove you are de factor relationship. Or tourist visa....

@@jamessims4656 applying for a visa is not a problem, you might even be granted a visitor visa, but getting an exemption to travel to Australia is a problem. The exemption might only be granted in an extraordinary circumstance
