Thanks, Shailesh! That’s a good point about using Accor points for local experiences - it’s an underrated way to stretch your value even further! Appreciate you highlighting it! 🙌
Great episode. As someone who lucked out on the Qantas fasttrack offer (stay 3 nights get 30 nights), stacked with Accor Plus (20 nights), on revenue 10 nights stayed, have just hit platinum and will look to make the most of it next year, keeping in mind the tips and tricks

I've watched every episode on this channel and there is so much information and knowledge we are getting for free - so firstly a big thanks!! Would love a separate video on Accor vs Marriott Bonvoy which are the 2 most popular programmes and as a consequence of which also get a comparison between Axis Atlas and Amex Plat Travel!
Thank you, Aadrik! Love the idea of diving into Accor vs. Marriott Bonvoy-definitely feels like a topic worth unpacking. And card comparisons? We''ve made of that and its on the list now! 😃
Fantastic episode and almost covers all details our all gust so good and knowledgeable I just have one question if we buy an account accor trevelor membership rather than explorer, we can add features of stay plus night wherever we require
Thanks, Devesh! Unfortunately, Stay Plus nights are exclusive to Accor Plus Explorer memberships. Accor doesn't have an 'upgrade option' from Traveller to Explorer.
Thanks so much for the kind words! It’s true-earning points is just half the game; making smart redemptions is where the magic really happens. Glad you found it helpful! 🙌
You can get it at all.accor.com/a/en/loyalty-program/subscription-program/all-signature.html Look out for offers though; unless you need the points and a status through it, wait for a discount offer
Hey Ambarish! Great question-if you book 2 rooms for 7 nights at Accor, it’ll typically count as 7 status nights, not 14, since the nights are calculated per stay, not per room. Hope that helps, and happy status chasing! 🏨
@@siddzj That wouldn't work either since your stay dates are the same and the system will detect that it has 2 stays under your name. Stay nights can be credited only for 1 room.
Hello guys, been one of the oldest member of your channel. Love watching a videos. I patiently wait for the new ones. My question is. I am currently using the Amex platinum travel credit card and gold charge card spent four lakh on the plat card. I applied for the Axis atlas, but got denied. What should be the next card? They are suggesting me for the Axis select Credit Card.
great content man, I'm pretty new to this and I already have 10k EM and continue to accumulate more, planning for international trip for 8 days with family later this year, which membership does it makes sense for me to buy ?
Appreciate the kind words Ranjith! If APAC is on your radar, Accor Explorer Membership might just be the wingman you need for some solid perks and upgrades. Family vacays deserve those sweet perks, don’t they? 😃
Love you content! I just have a query regarding the Accor china membership, I seem to be stuck in the last page of the payment in alipay and it doesn’t let me go through.

If I link my Accor account with Qatar let’s say, and I book my nights using Accor points. Will I still be simultaneously earning Qatar points or it is only valid for booking done with cash ?
Hey Rajan! If you link your Accor account with Qatar and book your nights using Accor points, you will only earn Qatar points on the cash portion of your booking. This means that even if you part-pay with points and the rest with cash, you will still earn Qatar points on the cash part of the booking. Points redeemed for payment don’t count towards earning Qatar points. Hope this helps!
Hi Kowsik! Great observation! Let's delve into the specifics of the ALL - Accor Signature program: Monthly Rewards: Depending on the chosen plan, subscribers receive monthly Reward Points (usable for stays and services) and Status Points (helping to elevate your membership tier). For instance: The Absolute Plan offers 5,000 Reward Points and 1,000 Status Points monthly. The Explorer Plan provides 3,000 Reward Points and 600 Status Points monthly. The Discover Plan grants 1,000 Reward Points and 200 Status Points monthly. The Essential Plan includes 500 Reward Points and 100 Status Points monthly. Bonus Points: Every four months, subscribers receive bonus Reward Points equivalent to their monthly allocation, effectively doubling the points for that month. Non-Expiring Points: While subscribed, your Reward Points remain valid indefinitely, allowing flexibility in redemption. Point Transfers: After four months of subscription, you can transfer your Reward Points to another ALL member's account by contacting Customer Care. Additional Perks: Absolute Plan subscribers can gift an ALL status to someone after four months, provided they hold at least Gold status themselves. For detailed information and to choose the plan that best suits your needs, you can visit the official ALL - Accor Signature page: bit.ly/3DTQ4ov Hope this clarifies the program's offerings! If you have more questions or need further insights, feel free to ask. 😊✈
Only thing you missed out discussing is pay by points vs pay at hotel for status nights. Settling total bill by points or tax by cash/card. Pay using points for dining while availing stays or otherwise.. please shed some lights on it.
Hello and thank you for your thoughtful comment! 😊 You’re right-there are nuances to using Accor Points for payment versus settling at the hotel, and how it impacts status nights or additional spending like dining. Let me break it down for you: Pay by Points vs. Pay at Hotel for Status Nights: When you pay with points during booking, the stay counts towards your status nights. If you use points at the hotel to settle the bill, it also contributes to status nights. Paying with Points for Dining: You can use points to settle dining bills at participating Accor restaurants. This redemption doesn’t typically impact your stay or status earnings but can be a handy way to use your points for non-stay experiences. Pro Tip: To maximize benefits, it’s always good to pay for stays and dining in a way that aligns with your goals-whether it’s status, accruals, or saving on cash. Hope this helps clarify the differences! Let us know if there’s anything else you’d like us to dive into in a future episode. Happy travels! ✈🏨🍴
This is property specific Rishabh. As a thumb rule, always request the FORA Advisor to check with the specific hotel if you're allowed to burn Accor Points to pay. Some accept and some don't but the FORA Advisor can confirm this to you when making the booking.
Hello, I bought explorer membership on 26 Dec. Haven't received any confirmation email or subsequent commnunication. I have logged support tickets but still no response. How many days it takes for them to process the membership ? Anyone else faced same ?

Hi Bharahava! To fast-track your way to Platinum, the first step is to determine how many status nights you currently have and calculate the delta required to hit Platinum. Based on this gap, we would recommend purchasing the Accor Chinese Membership, as it can credit the deficit number of status nights you need to achieve Platinum status. Since there isn’t much time left until December 31st, a mattress run may not be feasible right now. The Chinese program is your best bet for achieving your goal before the end of the year. Again, do check precisely the number of status nights delta you need and how many nights the Chinese program credits before making the decision. All the best!
@@bhargavadesai We think the top end of the Chinese Accor Program should give you 20 nights and if 20 status nights is all you need, this can bump you up to Platinum. Keep us posted on what you decide!
Hi Yuvaraj! Unfortunately, yes, the 20 bonus status nights you received from Accor Plus will expire on December 31. This means that if you don’t utilize or collect these nights by then, your status night count will reset to zero starting January 1. If the 20 bonus nights haven’t been credited to your account yet, we recommend contacting Accor Plus support as soon as possible. Politely request an exception for an extension of these bonus nights, as they might consider your case. Let us know if you need further guidance!

Can i share the voucher of accor plus members with others? I mean if I am not the one who is booking, can my friends or family use them. All my vouchers are expiring on 31st December
@@deep232 Unfortunately, sharing Accor Plus vouchers with others isn’t officially allowed for dining or stays, as the reservation typically requires the member’s card to be presented. While there might be rare instances where this isn’t checked, it’s not recommended to rely on that. This way, you can maximize their value without any issues.
I love the breadth and depth covered in the video. Just one concern : I find the video to focus a lot on accorplus which only adds a lot of value for SEA / ANZ regions. Not much value for EU/ UK.
