The fact that you guys have these systems in play at minimal costs (the goodwill lighting, free box, normal shoe racks) alone shows that you guys have what it takes to be crazy successful. On top of that you share it with us because y’all understand that there is abundance in the world. Love it!! Keep them coming. Grateful for you guys.
Systems are huge. And can save some serious time. If you guys bought a thermal printer you could save a ton of time from cutting out the labels. Just a thought
Great video like always! Thanks to you we have already sold 55 pairs of shoes and have done $993 in sales in our first month. Learning as we grow, definitely a lot of opportunity here in North Georgia. Thanks for being great mentors!
Your numbering system is awesome! Since I started in reselling I have been assigning a number to the shoes , it works ok but by numbering the space you can reuse the same clothes pin and number over and over ! it is the little things that all add up lolz you guys are the best
For hauling shoes to the post office, I would consider using the blue IKEA bags. You can hold 7 pairs in regular usps shoe boxes in each bag and carry two bags per hand. Thanks for sharing your processes. 👍✌️
great video guys! why dont you use a label printer like a dymo or rollo? it will save you SOOOOOO much time and ink with how many shoes you sell and ship. It is hands down the best thing i have purchased for my business since i started reselling.
Profit Monsters we’ve spent very little on ink and it only takes a few seconds to print and tape the label. We’ve weighed out the pros and cons of getting a wireless label printer (we run our entire business on our phones) and to spend $100+ on a printer hasn’t made sense for us. Can you recommend an inexpensive wireless label printer that has a solid life span (we’ve also seen so many people buy the Dymo or Rollo only to have it break or glitch or not work) Appreciate you tuning in 🤙🤙
@@rnzynow I've been using a previously owned Dymo 4XL for the past 2 years. I use off brand labels in it. I've had zero issues so far. I don't know how you could make it work wireless though :-/
With such a big inventory wouldnt you always be in debt? Because you would always be spending more to keep the inventory up even before the shoes sell right?
Thanks for all the great video. I have been picking up more & more shoes. I have been looking at everything different. I truly appreciate all the great content!
All of your systems are good, but why not upgrade your printer to a thermal to save you more time instead of cutting and taping the labels? Seems like an easy upgrade
Fella Flips we use our phones to run our entire business. The least expensive wireless thermal printer we have seen is $250+. Including our printer, tape, and ink we’ve spent less than $150 in three years. We may get one in the future but it doesn’t make sense right now to spend more money on something when what we are doing costs less and is working.
Your time has value. Would probably save you about 20 seconds per shoe. How many shoes do you ship a year. Could make more then $250 with the extra time that you have.
Fella Flips we’ve put a lot of thought into it and so far it hasn’t been worth it to us financially or logistically in only saving a few seconds. As always we will continue to evaluate it as our business grows. Appreciate you reaching out.
Nathan Winslow our next step is going to be purchasing a house that has a large working area for our business. We love “working from home” and can do a lot with a little 😎😎 A warehouse may be in the future but not yet 🤙🤙
TJ F appreciate you tuning in. Great question. We’re always keeping an eye on our sell through rates vs our sourcing strategy so we can run smoothly in the space we have. We do have bigger goals that involve a bigger work space when we purchase a home in the next year so yes we will out grow this space but only when we are ready.
A bit off topic...how do you guys answer questions like, "how do these shoes fit?", and "are they true to size?". Kind of hard to judge a women's size 7 when you're a size 13. Sometimes I make my fiance try on the shoe, but still, everyone's foot is different.
@@rnzynow how Did you go about registering your business? You should do a video explaining at what point someone should register their business to resell on eBay.. I've been selling for 6 months and getting close to $20k limit before eBay sends you a 1099.
your89romeo we don’t use EBay and we aren’t registered as a business so it wouldn’t make sense for us to do a video on those things. Not sure why you’re assuming you have to do that but when it comes to taxes and registering yourself as a business....consult with a local professional in order to take the best step towards your goals 🤝🤝

Wisdonair appreciate the kind words. You nailed it 🤙🤙 There’s enough room for all of us to get our piece of the pie 🤝🤝 Thanks for tuning in!

Pre-making boxes was a game changer! Made the shipping process not feel like a drag and feels so much faster!
Maddie Rowland game changer 👊👊
You mentioned consignment. How do you go about bringing in product and how do you advertise. Do you have a video regarding consignment ?
Yes we do. Here it is 👉 ua-cam.com/video/vxxmUbOli_U/v-deo.html
Great video like always!

Quick question, do you use a crosslisting app or do you list every pair to each and every marketplace individually?
Alfredo Flores that’s phenomenal!! Congrats on the momentum 🔥🔥🔥 We crosslist everything manually using our phones.
Awesome set up. That is a lot of shoes
Juan Soriano 🤝🤝🤝
Should i have a business account with post office and did you pay a flat rate shipping ?
No you don’t need one. And no we don’t.

pstevens8743 appreciate you sharing 🤝🤝 Always sending you our best!
Are all shoes on racks cleaned or do you keep shoes/boots to be cleaned in separate holding area.
All shoes on the racks are cleaned.
I see your shoe listings all the time on posh organically...so excited to learn about the sellers behind the name!!
belle a appreciate you tuning in!

Brian the Oak Brook Picker love the IKEA Bags 👌👌
Hello thanks alot for video. Can you pls tell me what best products to clean Sneakers specifically White ones and so on.
Charef Tekouk we use foam shoe cleaner from Walmart. Penguin or Sofsole to name a few brands. We also use Reshoevn8r on some select pairs.
Nice job as always on the video. Your info is helping us increase our footprint.

Slim Pickings needs to be wireless for us 🤔
The college picker has made some great videos on wireless thermals. He loves the one that brother makes
William thanks for the heads up
With such a big inventory wouldnt you always be in debt? Because you would always be spending more to keep the inventory up even before the shoes sell right?
Focus on a solid sell through rate and good margins and you make an actual profit 👊👊
If you have 100 pairs that cost you $10 each ($1,000) and you sell $50 of them for $40 each you have $2,000 and you still have 50 pairs left.
Thanks for all the great video. I have been picking up more & more shoes. I have been looking at everything different. I truly appreciate all the great content!
Twistina Thriftina means a lot to us that what we’re sharing is helping 🤙🤙 Congrats on building some momentum 🔥🔥🔥
How do you get free boxes?
Ricardo Tiburcio order online on the USPS website. They will deliver the boxes to your house💃
Great video as always! Wondering if you could talk more about how you built your consignment side of things
Brian W we did a whole video on it : ) Here 👉 ua-cam.com/video/vxxmUbOli_U/v-deo.html
with this amount of shipping i think you should get a rolo printer for labels
Do you have a system for all the photos you take with your phones? Im feeling overwhelmed by all of my shoe photos and when to delete them.

Damn your vids made me start to resell shoes from goodwill. Before, I was reselling hype shoes, and the margins i got were so low compared to these
Jesse Amar appreciate you tuning in. So many ways to win with shoes 🤙🤙 Happy you’re finding bigger margins 📈📈
I like to do both
Keep reselling the hyped up shoes bro but also sell the non hyped shoes bc they’re more consistent

Sheldon Button we google the question and relay the answer to the buyer.
I've been selling shoes on Amazon for some time now, thinking about making the transition to Poshmark... Amazon fees are getting crazy
ANTHONY REEVES you can build a monster business reselling shoes on all the marketplaces (including Amazon) 🤙🤙 Use the ones you enjoy.
I have a question
your89romeo whats your question?

You can have someone pick the packages up for free if I had that many that's what I would do!
Deanna Balestra we know : ) But we love saying Hi to the post office staff and we live 1/4 mile from the post office : )
