How to change the miles on an old mechanical odometer

In this video, I show how I adjust milage on old mechanical odometers. It's a must if your replacing your speedometer and want the milage to register what the actual milage on the car is. Most old mechanical odometers work the same and are much alike.
New cars (90's and newer) it's burned into the ECM, so changing them is not so easy.
It is 100% illegal to roll odometers back, but required to be adjusted to the actual milage if the speedometer is being replaced at dealers and such. Turning milage back was common back in the 70's..... thats when laws were drafted to prevent it.
