I just bought a used 1966 Pro reverb... It's got some problems and Im in the process of going through it and checking everything. As a consequence of the problems, I was able to get it for a really good price. I plan on a Cap job, new tubes, and to reverse some poor decisions that were made on previous repairs. The day after I bought the amp, I went on a 2 week business trip, so I have been literally watching this series over and over anxiously waiting to get back home so I can whip this amp back into shape.... Anyway, Ive been checking out your video series, an there is a small gold mine here on this channel... Keep em rolling... Cheers

How you have time to make these videos with an actual job and a newborn is baffling. Keep them coming though for as long as you can, I love ‘em. 🍻 TBD 🍻

About the auto ranging function, I think it's a rounding thing thing. 500+ and it goes up to kilo decimal... Ive see the same thing with Mega Ohms..... Maybe its just my multi meter. But you only get 4 digits, so they try to keep it in the range of what you are measuring in auto by rounding up to preserve 3 significant figures... Just a guess.... Also I've read that the higher values of resistors seem to go out of ranger more frequently than your 100K resistors... I've seen that with my circuits as well...
