One of the best vocalists in the industry right here, folks. For new people: This is Ken (Lee Jaehwan) of VIXX, their "cutie main vocal". He's enlisting in July, but he finally made his solo debut after 8 years of being an idol. This is what he wanted to do before enlisting, and we're (Starlights) so proud of him for doing it. VIXX are still all together and thriving, by the way, they're just on a semi-hiatus from group activities since 2 (and soon 3) of their members are in the military. They're known as concept-dols or Concept Kings in Korea (a title given to them by the gp, not claimed by VIXX or Starlights themselves, so it's a thing to be proud of!). They've covered just about every concept under the sun, and have a lot no group has done/did it first. Voodoo Doll, Error (cyborgs, but a tragic MV that deals with the morality of it), Hyde & G.R.8.U. (two very different concepts - Hyde was dark, while G.R.8.U. was released on the album Jekyll with a cute concept as Hyde's opposite), Chained Up (bdsm...), Shangri-La (traditional), an entire trilogy based on Greek gods (Dynamite, Fantasy, The Closer), etc. They always go above and beyond, and it's no wonder they've remained in the top 10 best selling groups of all time even without releasing a group album since 2018 (because of enlistment, not because they're in danger of disbanding or anything like that). VIXX don't promote internationally at all and have a very small international fanbase because of that, but their Korean fanbase is massive in order to hold those numbers. This is what you call human autotune.. His voice is soooooooooooooooo unique and powerful. I really love jaehwanie.. Though vixx is on hiatus right now, I will remain as starlight. Till death do us part😂
