I've suffered on and off with anxiety /depression for some years. It's hard to get help sometimes due to long waiting lists on the NHS. So unless you want or can afford to pay getting help isn't always easy.

Thank you and good on you for speaking about your experience Sophie ❤️ I think it’s very courageous of you to speak about something so personal but it’s definitely not something you should feel ashamed of. I also think that sometimes people might look at you from the outside and think that you have it all together and couldn’t imagine someone so confident and funny struggling with something like this so I think you have done a really good thing in showing that mental health issues happen to everyone 🌼

Since 1976, women are legally bound to keep their maiden name on all official documents same as on their birth certificate.

PS I changed my name after marriage but dropped my middle name and moved my maiden name to the middle so that's an idea if you do decide to lainge it up but don't want to give up haboo fully

Sophie I was in a similar situation that I needed to go to a mental health hospital 🏥 and it was amazing looking back but I was working all the time to get better also turned out that it was mainly a autistic breakdown 😂 ps I find it hilarious that I what expecting to get mentally well instead I need to relax
What do people do who don't have the privileged lives that you do? Where do they go for help? ❤
I used dog shampoo till my husband pointed it out. Must say I loved the results but stopped using it now I have dry scalp.

Sophie you can change a lot of stuff online now. You are not technically changing it legally you like you would if you decided to change your name just show the bank etc your marriage certificate. Do bank, driving licence & passport first then you have ID in your new name

Sophie it can be the way your breathing. Your breathing very high up probably because of anxiety that can cause you to breathe a bit airy which causes burps.
I'm losing everything my home and is I have so many mental illnesses my homes my only safe place I really need a angel to help me i d do anything ( I have agraphobia,extreme OCD depression and anxiety) I can't cope it'sI'm really sorry just need someone to buy so we can rent it
