Great video!! I’m very interested in the Ninja Pizza Oven. I see there is an 8 in 1 model and a 5 in 1 model. I really just wanted it for the pizza oven so I’m thinking of grabbing the 5 in 1.
Hi - Thanks! I can’t find info on the 5 in 1 that cooks pizza to this oven’s high temperature - check how high the other oven can get to -this oven can hit 370c but can get to 420c on the stone and that’s why it cooks super pizza.
@@Got2EatPizza Walmart seems to be the only one who sells the 5 in 1 and it does get to those high temperatures. The 3 things it doesn’t do that the 8 in 1 does is broil, dehydrate, and warm. I don’t really need any of those features so I figured I would save the money.
Hi there! I’ve had the ninja for about a year now, and have only really been cooking neo-style pizzas with it. It is amazing value for money and makes great pizza. I do wish it could get to 500c as I don’t get as much crust browning at the lower (365-425c) temps with the Caputo Pizzeria that I use, but I can still get a nice airy crust with a slight crisp and soft interior. Bake times at these lower temps mean I’m exceeding the “standard” 60-120s bake times for neapolitan, but it still makes good pizza. I’ve recently been trying to bake with the fan on and no pellets to create more convection as well which seems to have sped things up slightly. I use a 24h direct room temp 68% hydration dough and so far the results are great. Thanks for the video!
@@kawagonzo6951 When you set your oven to the temperature you want, press start, then press the woodfire button. Instead of the "PRE -- -- --" symbol you should see "IGN." The oven will preheat as usual but go through the pellet ignition process which turns the fan on. I've only done this on the full 700 deg f "Pizza" setting, so turning the left dial all the way to the right. I am not sure if this mode applies to other settings. Good luck!
Awesome. Your videos, without question, always result in me taking the Ninja out of the shed to make pizza at the weekend. Roll-on Saturday.
Go for it! Hope the weather is lovely for you! 🍕🔥⚡️
Great information. Thx’s

@@mikepotapa5773 That sounds perfect! I don’t use those other options either!
can you review the Granitestone piezano for fun?
Hi! I don’t have that one sorry,; my budget for buying more ovens is low. 🍕🔥⚡️
I dont see why you cant use the ninja oven inside. As long as you dont put the wood pellets in🤔

Wow did you try neapolitan in them?
I would like to see if dough rises, like in a fire oven
Hi - I haven’t yet, but can do!
Now I am hungry again! Both those pizzas looked incredible 🍕🔥
