Thanks for the great review. I just got this oven and can't wait to try it. Also, I make bread all the time - get yourself a dough whisk (also called a Danish dough whisk) to mix your dough, make it so much easier than using a spatula (and it won't break)! Thanks again for the great review!
This gives me hope. I’ve tried King Arthur pizza dough recipe and always seemed ultra dry. Love using the ninja oven for the pizza making so will try your video tips on the next one Side note, I made the shredded pork Mac n cheese today for Super Bowl. Amazing!
Nice demo... I already own the Woodfire Grill not sure if I want to invest in the Woodfire Oven. If you could try some of your dough on the Woodfire Grill that would be nicer 🙂.

We have a Woodfire oven and love it...we've done pizza, strombolis, smoked ribs, all kinds of stuff...the only issue we have is when doing pizzas, the raw dough always sticks to the peel when sliding it into the oven no matter how much flower we use
I depends lol. If I had a Woodfire XL pro connect I am not 100% sure I would. Just because I figured out how to make great pizza in that that is about 95% as good as what I can do in the oven.

The instructions with the oven say olive oil is NOT recommended 🥴
I believe that is due to the smoke point but I have not had any issues with it so far. You can swap out to avocado oil if need be.
