That's a beautiful way to put it!
@Mookie Blaylock ok

Sober photos :)))
I got to see the first tour after Layne passed away.
There was such an awesome tribute to him.
The show was at a place in Providence RI called the Strand Theatre.
Just amazing. IMO the right decision was made to carry on.
So many great tunes from Facelift to now.
AIC......
Sean Kinney is one of the most powerful and underrated drummers, EVER.
TRUTH!
Jazz drummers are always the most amazing, and oddly enough fairly unrecognized
He is awesome!
Reminds me of Jimmy Chamberlain
Thats fucking true🙏🏼 Power Drummer with special Technique
Jerry Cantrell is so iconic.
I can never say enough good things about Alice in Chains. Seen them in concert 3 times, had the opportunity to do a meet & greet... Greatest band ever in my opinion.
My 19 year old son took his 9 year old brother who is my youngest son and me 49 years old to this show. We were in the front at the left side of the stage all night. My 9 year old got one of Will's guitar pics. He is so proud of it! It was a phenomenal night and now we can re-live it because of your generosity of uploading the show. God bless you Stingray4me and thank you !!!!!!!!!!
Thanks, I cherish all the picks I get too. I made a shadow box yesterday with picks from 3 of their shows, the drum stick & a autographed drum head I got in 2006, I watched the show twice yesterday. Watch on youtube off of Netflix to see it on your home tv with the stereo system hooked up hopefully. Rock on !!!!!
We saw 1 drum stick go out into the crowd. Did you get yours from this show? I have been watching the show on my tv directly from youtube out of my roku.
You can see where I get the stick at 01:34:20
THAT is a family night! Cheers!
I am also very proud of my Jerry and will picks!!😁
nobody:
mikes bass tone: glurgglurgglurgglurgglurgglurgglurgglurgglurg
I love it... its murky yet cuts through perfectly. It is different than Mike Starr's live tone.
But I think it's a tie, both tones KILLER
Damn this band sounds good live!!!!
Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Nirvana...and also Stone Temple Pilots, Smashing Pumpkins and Screaming Trees...all those bands and others gave birth to the last real rock legacy that will never be replicated. Their lyrics inspired us, their music shocked us!
I was there at that time, thanking all music stores and the real Mtv to help me discovering this kind of art...
Thank you Alice In Chains to make me relive all those emotions...🤘
So nice of you to include STP, TSP and ST so many people forget about their crucial support during the grunge alt revolution.
I've always said the 90s was and will be the last golden era for rock. It's over. Everything has been done. Plus the internet changed everything. So happy to experience these bands in their heyday.
Don't forget dinosaur Jr.
greetings from southamerica argentina!! from those bands you mentioned, weve met some personally, mudhoney and pj. from alt bands josh homme pat smears and taylor hawkins. very cool nice ppl!!!👍👍👏
Screaming Trees nuff said 👊
This makes me happy to see they sound good and are still going. Bleed the Freak - way to go Duvall!
I was there on the rail but to the right of Jerry (Jerry’s left). I cried through the whole show. I had waited 28 years to see AIC in concert and it was a dream come true. I got a pick from Jerry and it made me ridiculously happy. I remember seeing you in the front of the line when we waited outside, had I known it was you I would have said hello bec I have watched some of your other videos. I am a subscriber now! That was such a killer show thanks for posting now I can relive it over and over 🤘🖤
Thank you for watching & subscribing. I think I need to get a shirt made with the back side saying - check youtube in a few days for tonight's show.
stingray4me you totally should! 🤘
HorrorQueen Cantrells the master😁😁
I'm going to go see them for the first time when they play at the Hollywood Palladium in August.
HorrorQueen
Nice,I got see them With Lane.
Early 90s.
That solo from Jerry at the end of Nutshell... it gave me chills. This band is definitely legendary
Great show! I was standing right next to you buddy. Glad you got us on film! Thanks for posting.
Ya, those were the good ole days.
@@stingray4mesidewinderbandga No, the good ole days were the early '90's ;)
Sean Kinney always a monster on the drums he should get more damn recognition as a kick ass drummer always on it always solid keeping that groove!!!!!
There's nothing like AIC live, it needs to be seen to appreciate the magnitude of this legendary band.
Jerry's hair grows fast
I know right ? In 2014 it was very short & mine is still the same length. I got me some not your mothers way to grow shampoo a few weeks ago. I'm keeping a close eye on how long his gets compared to mine.
He's fast becoming an Allman Brother
Maybe he takes biotin
Yeah it does!! Yea!
@@batman59 Smart answer, honey!!
Jerry's got quite the guitar collection these days...
You know it's good when the security guard is wanting to rock out but can't

Absolutely stunning concert and thanks for posting 👍 I’m going to see AIC for the first time in Leeds UK 🇬🇧 on 16th June and can’t wait 🤟🎸
I am on the 17 th in London buzzing so hard
Aug. 22nd Vancouver Canada
I saw the show, it was immense wasn't it. Incredible atmosphere.
THAT BASSLINE SOUNDS AMAZING. Happy to say I was there. Also props to you stingray4me this is amazing footage!
What a great show! Thank you for posting this. Now I can see all those great riffs and licks Jerry is playing. Awesome!!
Me too. I play lead guitar in my band here in middle Georgia. Search youtube for sidewinder warner robins to see.
Great seats!!! thanks for recording!!
AWESOME VIDEO .. MUCH APPRECIATED!!
Awesome my friend! Thank you for this vid!
I have read so many comments regarding whether the band should be Alice In Chains without Layne Staley and whether William Duvall measures up.
I wanted to check them out last month at Carolina Rebellion, but was unable, so this is the next best thing.
Thank you for posting, great camera work my man, not sure if you are just a fan or if you had a press pass, because the quality is absolutely professional.
After watching this show, both of those questions have become clear answers for me, they are without question Alice In Chains, a Bonafide kick ass rock band, one of the best to ever do it!
They have morphed into a different, older, but healthier version of their previous selves.
Sean Kinney stated several times he was only playing those first couple of shows in 2005 as AIC n had no intentions on cont as AIC, there is a reason he did, has and is doing so...
As for William Duvall, for many of us, Layne Staley is the best if not one of the greatest vocalists and front men of all time. I’m 48 and when I mentioned to my 45 y old brother he said, slow down Robert Plant is the greatest, some say Freddy Mercury, but the point is they are the few....so comparing WD to LS is a bit unfair and really useless, no he doesn’t have the time, pain or emotion, but LS had to walk the line between life and death to share himself with us, for that we are lucky.
For those who want to hear their songs now, WD is who they chose and as JC says before Nutshell, there are and will always be, 6 members of this band and we will never forget the other 2.
So we have the blessing of being able to listen and even go and see this version of AIC and as many of us probably do on a regular basis, we can UA-cam, I tune or dvd the unplugged show or most any song we want and sing along or sit quietly and listen to The Angry Angel sing his soul out for us, we are truly blessed!
AIC 4 Eva Rock on!
LS, JC, SK, MS, MI, WD Thank you!
I'm just a fan who loves to record concerts. I play lead guitar in my band too. Thank you so much for the comments ! Sorry if you notice near the end of the concert I had to change the battery 2 or 3 times during a song. I also recorded a full show at the tabernacle in 2016. The lights were too bright & red for my camera so it's out of focus sometimes. Check out my other videos too sometime, later !
stingray4me I will do.
Funny I almost commented that you must be a guitarist because the focus is more so on Jerry, but in this case he is singing so much it would have made sense anyway. You can tell when someone plays bass or drums the camera tends to focus on those musicians more.
Looking forward to checking out your other videos, thank you again, great stuff!
Dude you captured the spirit of alice and a real fan dead on! I grew with Layne No excuses, nutshell and rotten apple are core to my 15 year old self... but for some weird reason I like alice in chains pt3 more than the previous two versions... that does not mean I do not value all their previous music.
But I for one, as you, am so glad the boys chose William and are kicking so much arse right now... they have moved on from rockstars to titans in my book.
Cheers from Costa Rica... oh and I've seen them twice, dude if it is within your means, treat yourself!
Dude, no one could have said this better than what you just did. AIC forever......
Well said. I nearly always regret reading comments on AIC vids because of the arguments you've referred to.
Awesome video!! Thank you!!
Thanks for posting. Awesome quality.
Thanks for share with us this amazing concert
Amazing vídeo! Thank u very much🤟🤟🤟🤟
You catched this great show like a pro !!! 👍 We can see every single little note from William and Jerry. Each riff and solo are more clear to duplicate now. Thanks a lot brother !! 😀
Nice vid! Thanks for sharing.
Excellent! New tunes mix in with the old catalogue nicely. Voices is a personal fave
Voices is way beyond amazing altho I did miss private hell and your decision from the list.
Just plain badass concert, thanks for your video of it. I was supposed to go see them last week in Chicago but my illness got worse and couldn't make it but watching your recording of it brought a smile to my face that I needed. Again thank you for this awesome video of one of the best bands that ever played Alice In Chains😎✌ R.I.P Layne and Mike 🤘🤘
Watching this on my 60 inch tv feels like I’m there a big thank you to the uploader best concert on you tube ever 🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻

"Last of My Kind" was the best song on that record.

thanks for Posting...
Awesome! Thanks for the video! Can’t wait to see them in sweden!
They still sound awesome, even with Jerry slowly transforming into Big Lebowski!
Great quality...and for almost two hours of holding your hands up!! Damn!
Don't tell no one but i had some help holding my hand up from resting it on the barricade sometimes.
The boss has no say...I AM my boss and this is absolutely unreal!!! Worked with the band back in their CBS Records days. You have rocked my world by posting this. Eternal gratitude to you Stingray4me
Saw Jerry twice in Atlanta in the early 2000s. Never new a town that far away from Seattle would now the AIC catalogue that well! The crowd was singing every word of Brother. Most people I knew never even heard of the song.
I'm from Costa Rica, have seen them twice and can sing all their songs... that's a tad farther away than Atlanta :)
Thanks for sharing, amazing job!
i know right. it's my favorite i made too.Watch on the big screen with your sound system cranked.
Awesome video! They sound amazing, love them
Thank you for sharing!!! AIC carrying on means so much to me... they are truly killing it!!!

Renzokuken Leneyoyo saludos dsde argentina!!!👍👍👍😉😉
Saludos al cono sur y que viva AiC!
Great video and good job getting the drumstick! That is SO badass that they played the beginning of Animal Magnetism right before 'The One You Know'! MY FAVORITE Scorpions album (and by coincidence, have been listening to a lot again lately)
I wish there was more mike but thank you for the upload! Quality video and audio lets you hear it like it’s live. Will sounds sick on Again with his “ohhhhhhhh.....” it gives me chills.
Well done on the filming. Thanks.

We feel like we should pay you for the superb front row seats views!! Kudos to you, Sir. We screened on our big tv and got immersed once again to the brilliance of this band. We caught them a couple weeks later, in St.Augustine, FL! We flew down from NY and were also front row (wheelchair) and other than excellent photos and a couple videos, we haven’t felt so musically elated since. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!
Thank you for watching too ! That's why I record shows. ok you can pay me for the show if you like, $60 for each person who watched should be fine lol.
Thanks for posting yea 😎🤘
Great video. Thanks for posting. I was at the show a bit to your left and a few rows of people back. We had a great view, but not as good as yours. I plan to watch this over and over so I can always remember what an awesome night it was.
I must of watched it a dozen times so far. Maybe your in the video somewhere too.
Hey dude great video and great sound and HD.
very proffesinal your video buddy. Great job!
thank you so much for that great show you filmed for us maybe some day AIC will come to montreal and with the beatles they are still THE BEST im 65 and still rocknroll forever thku again
Thanks Dude! U KICK ALL ASS, Awesome Job!
AIC is America!
I like the singer he is doing very well
Wow one of the few old bands that are still worth seeing! Probably because they have a young singer. This guy is fantastic! He's a true musician with high standards! He's got it all! Stage presence, a great voice and good guitar skills. Very quality performance here! You were lucky to see it!
Great recording! Went to the same show/tour. We didn’t get a close as you. Well done!
killer show great up close quality video and just as good sound
well done
I got a front row vid of these guys from back in Oct 2016. Will handed me a pick that night. Always so cool
The guitar work on Nutshell from Jerry is incredible.
Thank you soooo much for taking and putting on this video ! I live in Japan and haven’t seen them since 2014 so it was great to see their live, felt like I was there. Again, thank you.
Domo arigoto for watching too !
AWSOME. THANKS ALOT
Jerry and Band Thank You for Making Great Music!! Such Bad Ass!!! 1994-1997 to Present!!!Yeah!!!!
will is getting better and better
Amazing! Thanks!
Thank you for rockin to it too !
It is like if i have been there. Thank you so much. I expect some day seeing them
I can't believe its been just over a month already since this concert. I was there I think I was about 8 people back from the stage. Was mad that they changed the time and I didn't realize it as I probably would've been even closer to the stage. I remember you from the tabernacle in 2016 and seeing that video on here as well. Not many people have the patience anymore to tape full concerts. Thanks for another great upload of AiC!
Wow, GREAT footage. Best concert on UA-cam! \m/
Thanks dude. The next cool show that I'm gonna record is The Cult on May 10th.
stingray4me Dude, your recording game is lethal! I'm rocking to this so hard right now! THANKS SO MUCH! \m/
Thanks, some of the other full shows I have on youtube are, Tom Petty, Bush, Offspring, Chevelle, Theory of a Deadman & some others.
Thanks for Posting! Need more Inez shots next time!
Awesome, show you have posted~ They sound great and seem to evolve, and get even better, as they have melded over the last decade, (under this line-up...) Still like Layne, but Will is doing a great job. They are having fun and really continue to bring it.
I saw them live in Virginia Beach during this tour cycle, at FM99's "Lunatic Luau" Rock Festival, which is at the VB Amphitheater. They were rightfully the main stage headliners and great there too. Thanks for posting!
Watching it again. I’m so glad you got the whole concert. Watching Jerry is so mesmerizing. Thanks again for this 🤘🖤
I'm watching it now too. I've been watching it once a day. Hard to stop watching it once I start it up too.
stingray4me it’s great background for cleaning the house or whatever I have to do. But once i sit to watch a min it’s hard to get back up. It’s so addicting lol
Sorry towards the end I had to change out the batteries a few times. & on the beginning of hollow my finger covers the microphone. p.s. I forgot to tell ya my name. It's Pat.
stingray4me nice to meet you Pat! I’m Lara :) I hope we can meet up next time we get to come to a concert in Atlanta. Have you ever come to Birmingham for a show?
Hi Lara. Nope haven't been there for a show. We may go to see Collective Soul at Wild Adventures Jun 2nd in Valdosta. I got tickets already for Steve Miller & Peter Frampton in July in Atlanta. Just kicking back in the lawn for that.
Cool front row footage. I am studying / learning the guitar riffs again, this helps. I didn't realize this was the concert after Jerry got his stolen guitar back. I know Tom and some of the story behind getting the guitar back. We tried to get Tom to join us in MSP for last year's Good Friday show.
This was the best concert ive ever seen...since i cant go see AIC live right now, it was such a great experience seeing them together with William for the first time and hearing them sound like they always have and knowing that they're rocking on! Not to mention hearing all my old faves mixed with the new songs its just awesome and Jerry is totally the best guitar player ever he is definitely a legend...they all are and i love them all xox❤🤘AIC will rock on forever and always be the best band in my heart.
Thanks for watching Nicole. I watched it yesterday too on my tv with sound sysytem cranked. I recorded some other shows you might like too like, bush, offspring, tom petty, the cult & more.
Beautiful job!🙌✌
