Thanks Richard. I had this problem on my Hayter 48 and followed your example. It seems to have fixed it - so thanks very much. On the H48 there is a fuel tap so that makes turning the fuel of much easier 🙂
Ive inherited exactly the same mower with exactly the same problem, followed your vid and now its working sweetly, great explanation, youve got a really nice manner on the video it was just like having a mate round to have a muck around over a cuppa :)
Hi Dave thank you for your kind comments this is exactly how I like my videos to come over to the viewers I’m just a normal working guy who likes to help anyone who is willing to help them selfs and learn. I’ve not posted lately on my channel due to other commitments I’m moving house but I will be soon back on the tools making more videos on many projects please feel free to share my channel many thanks Richard 😁
A very informative video. I would like to thank you for the very valuable knowledge you share with us. My family and me love to watch your video's. I hope that the used car prices drop a bit so that you can start a nice project again. These are strange times we live in. Maybe some things were better back in the day. Here in Belgium the used cars are also very expensive. I am planning to buy a 2008 Opel Meriva 1.7 diesel. Do you think they are reliable? (In the UK they are called vauxhall meriva i think) Again thank you very much sir

Thanks Richard,
Similar problem with my workhorse Hayter self propelled mower. Cleaning the carb bowl and jets seems to have solved the problem.
Hi Richard thank you for watching my video good luck with your mower 👍
