The best sedan ever made the M5 E60, especially the manual! I love the F8, but with the new traffic rules there's no way to sound good with a stock exhaust! But the ideal escape for her is the Fi, it gets a high-pitched F1 sound!

Ugliest BMW ever made. Bangle butt cars were ugly as sin when they came out and they aged like milk. This E60 M5 is ridiculously unreliable and really not very quick either. What's to like? "V10 powaaaa derp derp!". Ok...

I've seen on you tube an E60 M5 with a stroked V10 that would give the modern exotics a more even run.

Why are they even comparing those two cars? It doesn't even make any sense. They are not competitors at all.
Why not? The M5 is faster 0-60. And the F8 is only 2 tenths quicker is the 1/4 mile.🤦♂️
A fairer race would have to be rolling at 200km/h. If the M5 is unrestricted it would charge easily to 305 in 6th gear and still be strong in 7th gear till 317 before adding another 10km/h incrementally. That engine wasn’t voted best performance engine for nothing.
Maybe roll at 280 or maybe fall of a cliff see who reaches ground faster .

@@skillandluck nah just saying BMW is better at making they're V8s than they are at making theyre 10cyls. They make great 4cyl and awesome 6cyl but they're V10s not so much.

1)The best 4-cylinder engines makes Honda;
2)The best 5-cylinder engines makes Audi;
3) The best 6-cylinder engines makes BMW, (Inline-6) Porsche (Flat-6) and Nissan/Old Ferrari's (V6);
4) The best V8 engines makes Ferrari (N/A and Twin-Turbo) and Merc (N/A, Supercharged and Biturbo). Maybe BMW with S63/S62 too;
5) Best V10 engines makes VAG (Carrera GT, Audi R8, Lambo Gallardo/Huracan, on my mind;
6) Best V12 (N/A) engines from the all times is S73/2 by BMW and M120 AMG by Mercedes (HWA).
@@skillandluck dude your in the money couldn't said any better. And hell yea gott love those Audi 5cyl. I'm a huge fan of BMWs M62 N/A. Not the strongest, but very reliable with proper maintenance ofcourse, but it has so much potential and you gotta love the sound.

Pretty stupid comparison, the M5 is over 10 years old, the Ferrari has almost 2x the bhp a more, aggressive gear ratio, greater aero efficiency. Who the hell did they think was gonna win?
