- With a sly grin, George stood in front of a full-sized mirror in his posh room, adjusting his tattered dirty-looking suit. With his shaggy unkempt hair and beards, the old man barely recognized his own reflection in the mirror. George smiled to himself. This was what he wanted. A perfect disguise! Everything was ready to set the ball rolling, George thought to himself. With that conviction, George then left the confines of his home, and stepped out into the warmth of the late summer afternoon. George visited all his three restaurants that evening disguised as a poor homeless man, to determine his heir. Then something unbelievable happened!
This video was short, succinct, and to the point without boring me into giving up. Bravo!

It's always interesting in these vids that the staff who treat the customers badly, suddenly when the undercover person identify themselves, always when about to be sacked say "If I'd known who you were, I'd have treated you differently". All customers should be treated with respect..unless some of those customers start causing trouble.
you also never know if God Himself is standing before you, never underestimate anyone.

Having been homeless myself, I know what it's like being treated like "GARBAGE" by people on the street and in restaurants of various types. People can be so cruel to the homeless population. You never know what your future holds for you, so be cautious how you act and treat people now. Think about how you'd like to be treated if you were homeless!
Not only 30 seconds into the story and already have shown four different old men to be George! Keep one face for the same person all the way through the story! It really helps!

It teaches me to always show respect everyone regardless of who they are or what they may appear physically, etc. Serve them with respect, dignity and not to be bias. Good deeds are always rewarded with good and bad deeds shall receive bad rewards. A good tree bears good fruits while a bad tree bears bad and sour fruits. After all we’re all humans. A very nice version of an unofficial undercover boss with a twist. What people needs to understand is you are born with no clothes , you are born with no money, you are born with 2 parents being a mom and dad even if you do not see the dad. everybody has the same blood as it is red in colour. Medical ailments takes no prisoners everybody dies the same way. It does not matter if you are rich or poor , the moral of this story is treat people the same as you would like them to treat you.
Never ever judge a person by how they look, how they speak, or how they dress. It can be very surprising who you are insulting. Howard Hughes did this too. Dressed as a vagrant he toured around the USA. Every person, the high and the low, deserves common respect. We, all of us, are only a few steps away from being homeless and destitute. Remember that when dealing with a person who is suffering hard times. They did not ask for that, and most are humble. All they need is a little respect and kindness. Is that too much to ask?

Decades ago, as I worked as a cashier, a Korean gentleman was a few dollars short. I reached into my pocket and with $5 completed his bill.
The man reached into his pocket and on his business card wrote, lifelong free tune-ups at his two tune-up shops. Amazing what kindness and 5 dollars can bring about sometimes.
That was his problem! He went to a Management company! All they worry about is profit and bottom line! I spent 35 years working for McDonald’s. Started as an assistant maintenance man and worked my way up to Supervisor of 4 stores!
