writes down 20 minutes of useful bioshock information as all bioshock information is useful
Sometimes it's useful lol
Eleanor Lamb reprogrammed the Vita-Chambers so that Delta could regenerate and rescue her from her mother, Sofia Lamb. She used the Little Sisters to gather his genetic data, and worked together with Dr. Tenebaum to undo his Big Daddy conditioning and reprogram the Vita-Chamber to revive him. I don't know why people are still theorizing about how Delta was revived at a Vita-Chamber when the game literally tells you how and why it happened.
I realized that after editing the video together. I have no idea why, but my mind went blank while recording the commentary. Thank you for clarifying for me as well.
@@TheBioshockHub No worries, I really enjoyed the video! Was a great watch with dinner 👍 I'm glad I could learn some new tidbits about Bioshock
20 minutes useless information? More like the best 20 minutes of my day.
I'm glad you enjoyed it buddy!
@@TheBioshockHub always enjoy your videos! Love learning more about my favorite game
I find all the information in this video to be interesting and useful.
I love learning about Bioshock. Even the smallest stuff. Great work 👍
Thank you Leo
Any Bioshock information is useful information to me.
Good, glad you like any info lol. You're just like me!
@@TheBioshockHub ...can't get enough! I appreciate it all!
You must be protected at all cost, I’m so happy you still make content about this series. I’m scared we might never get another game entry
We also see a picture of Jack as a baby, being raised in a lab.
Yup! And a flashback of it too, if I remember correctly.
@@TheBioshockHub Jack was an ugly baby, just sayin!
@@bradabar2012At least he wasnt a baby for very long, considering how he got speed grown
These facts may be pointless but this is what keeps me alive and sane. Thank you Eric.
I love random stuff like this too
There’s also a character model for Jack that was used for Burial at Sea. Its face is obscured by shadow so parts of the model are not as detailed as they could be, but you can look up pictures of the character model to see jacks face. Apparently he has blond hair and grey eyes
From what I've heard somewhere, Splicers in at least Bioshock 1 always miss on the first shot in case they catch players off-guard. I don't know if this happens in other games.
The prison at the end of Bioshock 2, Persephone, is supposed to look like an upside down building from the outside. Hence the Little Sister poem "The house of upside down" along with some of their drawings.
Speaking of Persephone, the Alpha Series you fight in that level are suspected to be earlier game development models for Subject Delta, as they have the same Delta symbol on their hands, interestingly enough. The Alpha Series in Fontaine Futuristics don't have this.
In Minerva's Den, if you buy level 2 or 3 of the Decoy plasmid, Subject Sigma's hand symbol will change to that of Subject Delta's.
In Bioshock 2, for some unknown reason, some of the "Ducky" Splicers in certain levels will actually look perfectly normal and unmutated.
In one of the Bioshock trailers, a man gets impaled by a Big Daddy's drill after attack a Little Sister and pulling her from a vent. In Bioshock 2 Minerva's Den, a dead Splicer can be seen near a Littler Sister vent with a drill impaled through him. In Bioshock Infinite Burial at Sea, a certain character gets impaled by a drill while right in front of yet another vent.
In Bioshock 1, Splicers will have little surprised/confused reactions when you take off their masks with Telekinesis. I don't know if this happens in Bioshock 2.
I don't know if this is a bug or intentional, but before going up to Fontaine's if you go back to previous levels the splicers will ignore you. They'll still attack if you give them a reason to however.
In the final battle against Fontaine, for whatever reason there's a security on the ceiling that's hidden behind the spherical thing. It can only be seen when standing at one of the far corners of the room and you can destroy it with the crossbow.
In Bioshock 2, while hacked health stations will kill injured splicers trying to use them, any splicers who have been allied from the Hypnotize 2/3 plasmid will instead get healed regardless whether it has been hacked or not. (It took me many play throughs before I discovered this on accident.)
Nothing is pointless if someone finds it interesting. All of the info presented was both interesting and good. Thank you for this vid!
They explain how Delta can use them; Eleanor hacked them in order to bring Delta back to life.
All information can be useful
True. I just wanted to have fun with some obscure info with this video
I just finished another infinite playthru and recognized so many voice actors like TC Carlson. (Kratos) and even Yuri lowenthal!!
Info about my favorite game series is never useless if nothing else I get to talk more about it with people
Dude can you imagine that we get multiplayer and CO-OP. I'D LOVE! if the BioShock would be co-op.
Had fun learning new stuff thanks
You're welcome!
I still would have loved to see Rapture Survivors!!!!!!
long before I got into games, I remember watching my friend play bioshock and saying I only rescue the blonde ones. I was so confused bc I knew nothing of the game. 10 years later I got a system and got to play game myself, I rescue Emblem all and adore the game
Thanks for the food
I was unable to find the light switch in Rapture Records in Bioshock 1. The Bioshock wiki says it's in A Shocking Turn Of Events DLC instead, which makes much more sense.
That was my fault and didn't realize it wasn't in my fully edited version. I meant to put that it was within the DLC, but I totally lost my train of thought. My apologies.
Hey tbh i like tbh
Thank you buddy
I see what you did there! TBH, I like TBH too!
Thanks!
Thank you Pier, that's really kind of you!
With shocking the door to skip Andrew Ryan’s dialogue is a dev tool to skip
I'm having mixed feelings about an Infinite multiplayer mode. As much as I would like to play it now occasionally to pass time while we are all waiting for the release of Judas, I think Infinite as well as BAS have so distinguished emotional endings, it would have been really weird to respawn in Columbia or Rapture as or along side Elizabeth again and again and again. Infinity gets reduced to 1 after Infinite and to even 0 after BAS. That's something I really like about that game, because not the multiverse but the fragile and unique existence of Elizabeth gives everything meaning. A multiplayer mode is like the multiverse kinda meaningless, because nothing really matters if there are infinite many versions of the same or slightly different.
Maybe useless but interesting nevertheless!
:D
9:01 it was to skip the speech in playtesting so the devs or play testers didn’t have to sit thru that speech a bunch of times they probably forgot to remove it
That’s what I think tho I could be wrong
Honestly, that makes so much sense now that you mentioned it. Thank you btw!
Damn, now I'm gonna have to play the game one more time.
That's never a bad thing!
Thought on covering Judas also?
I'll be covering Judas, as well as Clockwork Revolution. :)
additional funn, but useless bioshock fact, when you chase down Frank Fontaine you can actually attack and *kill* him.
tho doing this will softlock your game and you need to load your save. To achieve this, simply use insect swarm as SOON as the submarine floats up, and you can see Frank getting ready to throw a big thing in your way, as he is close enough to be hunted down by the bees.
Isn't there a character in the bioshock online stuff that really liked cats and some how snuck them in rapture?
Lore wise, I believe so. I was just going by what I was told from Ken Levine
There's also a glitch early in the game that repeatedly plays the locked door sound when you walk up to it.
Really? I haven't come across that one yet.

What's the name of the first Splicer you see in Bioshock?
Rose
Good to know, thanks! @@TheBioshockHub
Let me know if I was too late to send you a gift!
I see it, thank you friend.
Does he just have a cheat or something, how does he have the cross bow before going to fort frolic? And btw if you look at the bathysphere door it’s closed so he obviously hasn’t been there and came back.
Edit: nvm he did just open it but my question still stands because it only showed Neptune and nothing else
New Game Plus and a previous save point
That’s odd, I’ve never seen anew game plus before, idk maybe I’m just blind but thanks for explaining
@@Intellectual-Monkey It's only on the first game unfortunately. And no problem. Just make sure you have a "Fontaine" save point and you should be able to start a New Game Plus from the main menu.
Hi !
Hello
I am a recent fan of the bioshock series, I'm surprised they didn't have multiplayer in infinite cuz mp fps were pretty mainstream by that time it released. I think it probably might've lured in more fans if it did have that feature in the game at launch but idk how they would've been able to pull it off, bioshock is a more story driven game imo🤷🏽
Most definitely
Had a blast back when BioShock 2's multiplayer scene was thriving on xbox. Would be cool to see something in the future games implemented, perhaps even with BioShock 4 if that comes to fruition, as I think the Bio 2 devs are working on it?
First!
Look at you!
