Our criminal justice system here is a complete joke. These criminals get away with everything and not get held accountable. It’s about time this stuff starts coming out. You can only keep things quiet for so long. Our governor, our mayor, our attorney general, and city council are all a bunch of crooks. They knew that this was going on and did absolutely nothing. A similar scheme was done to defraud the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). Small business owners didn't actually give the money to their employees but instead laid them off and used it for their own personal gain and luxurious lifestyles. .
This is exactly why government should not give out money without a checks and balance plan.
