Did you notice that her tail starts wagging a lot faster after she looks up and sees that he's eating the same thing he's feeding her? It was like she realized that she was eating people food! That was exciting for her. She's such a little sweetheart.

You made a friend there, that went quite well once she did overcome her fear. Seems she wanted to trust you, but couldn't inititally. When you gave her her second meal, I'd myself sit down just a little distance from the bowl and wait patiently for her to approach. It tells her the situation, and you, are non threatening. It could have helped her overcome her trust issue a little quicker, but really appreciate the gentle and patient approach you use.
I loved the video & I would take her in a heartbeat. Unfortunately distance & quarantine laws prevent that. But she is one of the lucky ones , many more need help.
