I think that’s extremely ignorant to say. Children make their own decisions no matter what the parent says and no matter what they were raised to do. Regardless their choice is theirs. A parent most likely wouldn’t do this unless they are cruel. Stop acting like kids don’t always break things or mess up things on the daily. They are KIDS. They don’t know ! They are curious ! This was clearly an injury from children playing too rough or getting too curious. The parents are the ones that brought the puppy there ! They brought the puppy there to get treated. They didn’t do this wtf is up with u . If the kids did do this intentionally, they most likely will end up having sociopath behavior issues. A esos niños no les enseñaron a respetar y cuidar de una cachorrita indefensa, q lo único q necesitaba era el cariño de su madre, y q la cuidarán bien y la alimentarán en lugar de estarla molestando deberían de haberle dado de comer xq está demasiado pequeña y necesita cuidados como bañarla darle de comer xq no tiene a su madre perra q la amamante, y la cuide xq es pequeñita, y a esos niños no les remordera la conciencia de la infamia q hicieron con esta perrita tan inocente, q no entienden ó se hacen tontos q una cachorrita no es juguete, ni cualquier cosa para q la traten así, ojalá y reflexionen sobre lo malo q hicieron y q se arrepientan y no lo vuelvan a hacer x piedad ya basta de tanta crueldad hacia los animalitos inocentes

I hate to say this but I hate a lot of children because they do this shit knowing they are hurting these animals . I generally love children except when I see these type of stories and want the children to experience pain like they inflicted upon this poor puppy . How many more are going to be their victims that we will never know about ?
