Thanks, Chef Eric. I have had my Classic II for almost three years now and it is the best thing that ever happened to me, cooking wise. It's a full and independent outdoor kitchen.

After many years of being a Weber fan, I joined team red with a Classic 3. I absolutely love it. I have been helped enourmously on my learning curve by this channel and others. Chef Eric, I love your recipes and your enthusiasm delivering your videos. Thank you

It's my 4th or 5th season starting with KJ Classic II. Love every bit of it.
Well, to be honests, counting seasons might be a bit wrong. Last time mine had a two weeks off was when there was below -20 deg. Celsius for two weeks in a row. Otherwise it's just one big grilling season all the time, sun or rain or snow.
I also have a question/request. Would you guys consider coming up with an accessories shelf that could be added underneath the KJ Classic II? Basically some place where I could put hot heat deflectors or grates once I need to take them off?

First! Loving my new Classic 3 and my Joe Jr. Just had one of your Picaña recipes last night and chicken thighs the night before. Thanks for all of your recipes and teachings. 👍👍👍

Great video, I hope to see an updated maintenance video now that spring is coming, especially cleaning the Kamado.

Agreed! If anyone is waffling or comparison shopping on Kamado style grills going KJ is a great choice. Love mine!.

One day I will be part of the family. Still a lot of saving to do for a big Joe 3! But one day it will happen.

Thank you. Question? How far away should I place this from from the wall of my home- when in use? I am seeking a minimum distance as I am constrained by space.

Mine was a gift. I feel I am in over my head. I want to do simple grilling. Fish burgers steak etc. will I require copious amounts of charcoal/waste due to size of grill? I have the standard Joe.

I have the classic V1 with the heavy lid and different venting system up top but overall the same. It’s great bit of kit and can’t recommend these enough only downside it’s very finicky about controlling temps and also the ceramic plates aren’t always made flush so won’t fit evenly. Besides those issues again can’t recommend enough 🍻
