Thanks very much for your comment, really appreciate it. I actually bought the 12" single at Disco City, York Street. That's the day the car got knocked off while I was in there picking it up. Patches was a great place to dance, the dance floor was brilliant.

Thanks for your comment. I bought the 12" single in Sydney way back in 1980. Won't forget that day, a friend came with me into Sydney to pick this up, we drove in and went into the store and was in there five minutes and we came out and someone had stolen the car.
I used samples of other Bobby O tracks to mix with Take a Chance and obviously The Flirts and Oh Romeo at the beginning, middle and end. The original 12"single was 5.30 minutes and pretty straight forward. Enjoy your day 👍
That was an expensive 12 inch 😅 reminds me of my car back in '79 when burglars with an obvious bad taste took everything except the compact cassette "never trust a pretty face" by Amanda Lear 😂 good day to you too 👍

ahhhh the good 'ol cassette, great sound, I use to make a heap of cassette tapes for the car. Amanda Lear, she had that album with Look What They Done To Me, Gold, Run Baby Run, that was a good album. It's not a good feeling when someone brakes into your car, it happened to me 😡

Also - if you can get it (very very rare here in AU), their one and only LP (New Breed Of Mermaid) is worth getting your hands on.
