The concept of peppino being a fresh off the boat pizza man with his young uncle/older brother who's been living in America for a little longer who get forced into hero status is great
It´s funny to think this would be the universe where Pizza Tower is a wariolike game instead of a 90´s cartoon. It´s like rocko´s modern life was a sonic-like in another universe instead of the animated series we have
In that same universe, said cartoon was adapted into a horrible live action film. The original creator was so disgusted by it that he returned to the series and brought back the original animators and voice actors, keeping the spirit of the show and bringing joy to people who grew up with it. Those people are showing both this and the original series to their kids...and would later have a fantastic Wario Land style game made, based on the show.
I loved it! I was born in 2004, but I remember watching this on VHS all the time when I was five (My family still had a VHS player and tapes despite it being, like, 2009 or so). It's crazy how so much of it is lost now.
holy shit you're actually posting these now??? awesome!! also i love how people have joked about Noisette possibly putting up more of a fight than Noise SPECIALLY because of these comics, but no one ever mentions the fact that Noisette would be a difficult boss due to how fucking dense she is and how damaging her would be a challenge in it of itself. also it's weirdly wholesome how quickly Peppino gives up, like, Noisette is like the only character who's just kinda kooky and not even really cartoonishly dangerous like The Noise is, (except if you count her food ofc) so he's probably just like "Oh My fuckin pastas i'll just let you have this one you're not-a even worth the effort."
The difference between The Noise and Noisette is this: "The Noise" is a persona that Theodore came up with; it's how he acts on camera. Noisette is who he based the character off of.
This is awestruck! Imitating the style of the weird and zany aspects of the 90s animation just to create the Pizza Tower show that feels like it could air in that era is such a treat, like this is something that came out of an alternate timeline.

Watching this again gives me such nostalgia, hopefully you'll manage to find more of these in the future.
@@Whispasta64it is believed the father of the creator of the game is the one that created the series, but it's very likely not since the creator of the series is name "Sir Sertific the II", therefore the names and last names do not match
Wow, this is absolutely incredible! I don't have enough words to express just how much I love this, but I sure can try! First and foremost, your animation is spot on! Not only is it fun, fluid, and so delightfully expressive and accurate to the Pizza Tower style, but you perfectly nail that early 90's cartoon vibe. As someone that grew up watching a lot of them myself, this gave me a sense of comfort and nostalgia that I have trouble putting into words, but that really touched my heart and emotionally moved me :) This is exactly how I'd imagine a retro Pizza Tower cartoon! I love the little touches with the squeak of Peppino's steps after he gives up, as well as how you "retrofied" the whole thing with the TV network-style watermark, the visible static, the subtle audible buzzing in the background, and the slightly tinny quality on the voice acting! And speaking of the voice acting, Buglii and Kylie did amazing! I'm completely enthralled with both performances, Kyle perfectly nails this Mel Blanc kind of quality with the voice, and it suits Peppino to a T! I had a big goofy smile on my face listening to that escalating growl and then that immediate tired resignation, it's like our favorite Italian live and in the flesh! Buglii was also so charming and fun as Noisette! The noises made while being shaken around, that little playful quality and trill to the vocal performance, the small "yay" at the end... It's exceedingly endearing and also so incredibly fitting for how I imagine Noisette sounding! Amazing job, all of you!
I've noticed that a lot of video games, comics, etc have been evolving from standalone applications of a particular medium to multimedia brands, and I think that's a great thing. Cuphead got a TV show, One Piece went from just a manga to an anime, video game, and recently a got a pretty good live action series, and soon even Dead Cells will have an animated series. I wouldn't be surprised if Pizza Tower became a TV show, and I hope that it does, as maybe then more people will be able to enjoy the genius essence of it.
if it does get a netflix series similar to cuphead I hope they dont fudge up the style. It was *serviceable* for cuphead, but I feel like a core aspect of pizza tower is the style and it needs to have a certain look to it.
I imagine this would appear in an episode where Peppino and Gustavo need to fight 2 randomized characters to avoid getting destroyed or smth like that, and while Gustavo is in an epic fight with Pepperman or Vigilante, Peppino fights with Noisette but he can't win because she always gets up. This scene would play almost at the end of the episode, because Peppino just gives up
@dalehayden3830 it's basically been accepted that his voice is just Italian Courage the Cowardly Dog, and honestly, I feel the high-pitched voice doesn't really fit not bad just kind of off like the opposite of Mario's original voice where he sounded like a New Yorker
If Pizza Tower ever gets some sort of cartoon like the Cuphead Show, I hope the guy who voiced Peppino here gets the role. Seriously, it fits perfectly.

Possible Episode Synopsis: The noise organized a wrestling match against peppino, At the last moment noise has an accident and will look like a coward if he doesn't show up, Noisette is willing to cover for him, in the end, Noisette is fucking stupid and ends up winning
Nostalgic! I remember watching KDD over at my grandfather's house over in North Carolina. He had a few extra channels that would never air back home. I always laughed my ass off at the "Fore - Feet" joke. It's crazy to see that someone actucally recorded this episode, I'm now just remembing it!
