    Don't lie and misguide people about sugar. Men should consume no more than 9 teaspoons (36 grams or 150 calories) of added sugar per day. For women, the number is lower: 6 teaspoons (25 grams or 100 calories) per day.

      For that you don’t need to eat refined sugar. You get enough from natural sources like fruits, milk, carbs , vegetables etc. please fact check again, no one is misguiding here . We’re sharing what we do !

      @@mithilaa7685 That's my point that you have to mention sugar sources in your speech we need sugar and don't lie that you don't eat sugar completely. People get misunderstood by these stupid lie. Learn how to balance speech with references and reasons, not just random one solution.

      Please watch the video @27:30 . Very clearly mentioned that everything need to be consumed in balance. And yes when we say that we don’t eat refined sugar at all that is what it is. It’s not necessary to eat refined sugar at all. But if someone wants to eat in small portion they can. This is all mentioned pretty clearly in the video. I appreciate your concern and criticism and will definitely mention more things the next time but I’m sorry I don’t agree when you say it is misguiding as there is nothing misguiding that has been said. Infact please don’t misguide please by saying it’s necessary to add sugar in their foods. Their foods already have enough.

      @@mithilaa7685 Kindly watch your video @8:13 where you said too casually that "In our family, Dad never had sugar since 20-30 years, and me too since 14 years". There is no explanation that human body needs sugar; at least 'natural sugar', refined sugar can be option or individual choice'. It gives message that our body doesn't need sugar at all. “The brain is dependent on sugar as its main fuel". Natural or refined sugar that can be a debate but my point is that "we need sugar"; and its essential and sensitive ingredient to the human biochemical reactions. Often celebrities and fitness freak say very casually that we don't eat white poison like sugar, salt, rice; however they don't explain that body needs them either in natural or refined format. It misguide people then.

    • @mithilaa7685
      @mithilaa7685 Рік тому

      Yes at 8:13 I did not casually but absolutely seriously say that my father and I don’t consume sugar for many years, also that being a personal opinion it’s not said that others should stop having it completely and that’s no where misguiding anyone as I did not say I don’t consume fruits rice and other foods., infact again at 27:30 I’ve clearly mentioned everything should be eaten in proportion. If I portrayed sugar to be bad I would’ve never suggested anyone to have mangos.
      I guess you’re just over analysing to prove your point. You’ve a right to your opinion and Seems like this debate will be never ending so I’d rather suggest you should do a video of your own to prove how essential sugar is and spread the message to the people. That’ll be better than just proving me wrong through messages. :)
