Big tip for Discovery Cove for glasses wearers: When we went in 2008, my son wore glasses. I knew he couldn't see without them for snorkeling and found out that Discovery Cove has prescription snorkel masks that you can use. All we needed was our prescription from our eye doctor. Helped the trip a lot! Website says this is still avab.

I went on 2012 and 2013. I didn't realise this. I guess it would be expensive though
@@GRAHAM2109 I don't think it cost extra and if it did, it wasn't very much. Discovery Cove was almost out of our price range so I wouldn't have been able to pay much extra for the goggles.

Jenn, you need a second Boppy pillow that stays in the car! That would save you from these nursing problems while still letting you be out and about. 👍🏻

We went to Discovery Cove about 10 years ago and it was absolutely amazing and would highly recommend visiting there. Swimming with dolphins was so worth the price and memories are worth it

This is Xcaret Mexico all day, but with Xcaret Mexico there are 8 different parks you can go to. They have animal attractions, water slides, zip-lining with transportation included to and from the park. Food and drinks are also included. The resort is an inclusive resort. You will love it Tim.

You should get a nursing pillow for when you go somewhere it might be bulky but it would def be easier feeding the baby
I personally have done this at a theme park...while it looks "extra" trust me it's worth it. At the end of the day it doesn't matter what it looks like, the ease is well worth it. OR you could just bring a boob cover, manually pump, and then feed a bottle to babe if he will take to one. I've done that too ♡
discovery cove is so good for any age, it almost spoils you for "wild" snorkeling
Love discovery cove. Going to get a ticket for my daughter's birthday. She's been wanting to go for a while. She is turning 36 already. It goes by so fast enjoy each phase of your child's life💕you have beautiful children 🎉
Discovery Cove has changed a little since hubby and I went, they have more food options. You walking through did bring me back to when we went. I was exhausted after a day there, but had tons of fun! That bird walking on the ground in the sanctuary looked like he was understanding you, it was hilarious to watch!
Love discovery cove. We have been there a couple of times. The last time was for our 1st Wedding Anniversary as it was a present from my daughter and my parents added a cabana as an extra present too. Was amazing. Love it. Just wish I could snorkel so I could see the fishes properly

Thank you folks so very much for all the information. I've been before but it was 20 years ago. In the meantime I met a wonderful man & we got married this past April 2023 & we took some of the wedding money to buy a trip for the Florida resident discount in December!!!! We can hardly wait!! We are swimming with the incredible dolphins and doing the SeaVenture!!!

We did a week long seaworld trip last month and absolutely loved it. We didn't include Discovery cove in our package because we weren't sure if it was OK for a 4 and 6 yo but it looks like Jackson had a blast! As an aside, cant wait to finally move down there. We've got property, just need to build on it and finally take the plunge.

Man, Jackson lives with the otters now, and everyone swimming with the fishes. Tough cove! I really want to visit there, seems like a nice mix of nature and relaxation.
We went to Discovery Cove on our Honeymoon and did the cabanna rental/dolphin swim. It was amazing. Can not wait to take our 9 year old.
