Enjoyed your videos. Thank you for taking the time to do this- it’s well done and I know you worked hard at it. Glad to see you got the chip in your windshield from the first video fixed... maybe you got a whole new car? Thanks again.
Hey James here you are again!!!!! Back by popular demand! Kenda and I saw you three and a half years ago so it's great to see you back on the beat!!!!!! Like the video
Depends on how much money you have... Downtown Detroit is seeing a major comeback and is really transforming into a beautiful and prosperous city. The neighborhoods are starting to get cleaned up and property is going cheap, but it would be a long term investment. Neighborhoods closest to downtown are best for investment imho
@@DetroitNative_313 the major comeback is basically taking place in corktown and spreading out through Southwest and the lower East side from East Jefferson to McClellan Ave as far as East and North to East Vernor. That little square area is similar to what they did to corktown

Thank you for watching my video. My first car was a Honda civic, 3 years later is my Jeep.
The summer makes it look much better. I would like a winter ride to compare the first ride to the current environment

Things didn t change a lot but I see it little bit better than 2017....
Some of those cars haven't moved in 3-1/2 years!
