For a guy that liked to market his investment advice he sure ruined his most lucrative investment opportunity, his career. Some team would have given him a full NBA contract. Now he's flushed that opportunity.
He could have rented a regular apartment and live like a normal citizen and payoff the sketchy debt overtime. He could have swallowed his pride and asked his brother to bail him out. He could have not spent money he didn't have in the first place. But he chose to do all of that.

None of this makes any sense. I have a feeling jontay thought the bets were going to be in smaller numbers. Let’s say only 15 people doing it. But the group started telling lots of people and 15 turned into 50 and now you’re getting caught.
