I love your cozy routines!! Also you’ve mentioned this before but I went to Suffolk too! Graduated 2017! My first is 2 years old and sleeps from 9-8 w a 2r nap in the afternoon. My 2nd is 4 months old and sleeps 8-5am for a quick feed and then passes back out until 9am so I can’t complain 😅 I never slept trained I think I just got really lucky. you got this!

We start our 16 month old night time routine at 6 and he’s passed out by 6:30p. Wakes up at 6:30a it he takes an hour nap in the am and an hour nap early afternoon. Cozy relaxing video!

Out of habit I guess. I love your sparkly jersey.
