mam i have a doubt as i have equation x3 -3x+ 1 .when i solve it i came through with 2 values -1 and 1 both are equidistant from 0 now what the value should i put in place of x0

But my guess is
When its equidistant
To calculate x⁰ it should be (a+b)/2
In ur ques 0+1/2=0.5
Not sure but thats what teacher taught us.and her logic to find x⁰ is quite different so not sure which one to opt...maybe both when equidistant my way and when variable distances are seen her way.
