- While Gegenpressing can be a lot of fun on FM22, there are times when these systems can fail, especially with the Winter Update coming soon. How can we make it easier to identify players for the system. On this video I identify the key attributes needed for EACH TRANSITION. This was a much needed video!! After watching your videos I had it etched in my memory about what attributes are important, but today I FINALLY know why 😂. I'm a bit more confused about positioning. If only I could see in game examples of good positioning and poor positioning it would be so much better

I'd say most if not all of those attributes apply to any style of play and it's what makes the better players better players. If you look at all the best players in the game they'll be high in most of these mental attributes. Exceptions exist for things like teamwork and workrate for that greedy goalscorer and even Cristiano Ronaldo (best example of low teamwork & workrate attributes) will do good team play due their excellent mental attributes in particular determination (I interpret this as "how likely they'll attempt to influence the game in a positive fashion for their team) and decisions.
Determination, work rate and teamwork have been my to go attributes since CM3 : - )

At 6:35 you were explaining why workrate is important. And then you said that a player with high teamwork will cover his teammates. You wanted to say teamwork or it was workrate?
These are 2 diff attributes, teamwork will see players cover and work rate just defines how much this player will bust a gut
