She spends most of her time at her condo in Malibu which is beautiful.
Ah.... she does indeed have views of Malibu... but the condo building is located in Santa Monica. (a previous employer of mine has a good friend who lives in the very same condo building!!!) I was there (at the building) on two occasions, but I never saw Stevie! But just being there (even as just a personal driver) was an absolute thrill for me because I had known for years that Stevie had a half-floor unit there. I forgot what level she was on, but it does indeed face west (the ocean) and the views must be as glorious as you can imagine. I have noticed over the years that she has done some photo shoots on her balcony. You can tell because of the architecture and the rounded concrete and glass shaped balcony, as well as the railing in the shot. It's just very recognizable in certain photos from about 10 years ago. Stevie also has a big, white, colonial style house on a few acres very close by in Pacific Palisades. That part of the neighborhood is gated, and I've never been in there. But, the house is heavily featured in the video about the making of "In Your Dreams" the album from 2011. I believe the video for A Vampire's Dream was shot in the house and on the property. You are right though, she spends most her down time at the condo nowadays. The Pacific Palisades house I'm told is mostly for guests to use. The condo is gorgeous and elegant, but not huge. 2 or 3 bedrooms at best. The house of course is a much bigger place. Stevie still has a younger brother Chris, and his kids, who live in Paradise Valley, Arizona. But, I'm told, since Stevie's mom and dad have both passed away, she no longer maintains a home in Arizona. Her parents were out in PV for many years, and I was a kid living with my parents in Phoenix throughout the 1980's... when Stevie was in her absolute prime, and at her most productive.... putting out my favorite songs back in the day. It was a thrill knowing throughout those years that Stevie was living just across town in Paradise Valley.... writing masterpieces such as "Edge Of Seventeen" "Stand Back" and "Rooms On Fire" (among many others) while overlooking the majestic Camelback Mountain just outside her back door. Such a gorgeous part of town.... most definitely the Beverly Hills of Phoenix back then, and still very much today.

Yes I heard she had sold her home in AZ but that she still has her home here in LA since it has the recording studio in it Tom Petty lived not too far from Stevies condo and they did alot of recording there she's often said she prefers her condo than the house as it's too big

She's such a cool lady I would love to sit and have a cup of tea with her and chit chat I use to live about 45 minutes from her but I moved farther out as I needed room for my horses but they have all passed away and now I unfortunately don't need to be so far from everything

She was never really a mainstream, pop superstar, "sell out" artist like you would think of today's Beyonce, Justin Bieber, or Taylor Swift. Yes, she has always been a very unique artist, and she's been around all of our lives... but unfortunately.... artists are paid and earn based on how much they SELL... and that goes from everything to album sales, concert tickets, merchandise, big-time endorsements, etc. Stevie is just not that type of artist, and not every artist seeks all that additional type of attention, or looks to profit from all those lucrative side projects... she's not a J/Lo or a Rhianna who feels the need to have her name and face on every project from fragrances to designer fashions, to skin care, to God knows what else. She is a MUSIC artist, thru and thru, and prefers to keep her focus on music and songwriting... and is not concerned at this point whether it's a commercial "best seller" or not. She's not exactly looking to make top 10 pop singles, and she never was. Now... back to money.... and earnings... and "net worths" which are all estimates and guess work anyway....artists in the music industry are not paid based on their talents or their longevity in the industry... sadly... they are paid, and earn money, based on how much they SELL, and how much they make for their record labels, and the sizes of the areas (or stadiums) in which they perform in, etc. Some artist just prefer a private life, and with as low stress as possible. It's not always about $$$. And, I think that goes for anyone, in whatever industry you're in.
Your right because I think she sold the rights to her music for $100 million a few years ago. So I think it’s much higher. She’s also hasn’t stopped touring which is where many artists make the real money.

The Paradise Valley, Arizona home featured here is indeed very beautiful.... but it is NOT and NEVER WAS Stevie's house. She did indeed have a home in Paradise Valley... mostly throughout much of the 1980's. It was a large, single level Mediterranean style home of about 7,000 square feet and was located in a gated community called Finnestaire... just off Lincoln Drive and overlooking the magnificent Camelback Mountain.
Again.... no car collection.... and she does not drive. She is always driven, either by a chauffeur, or her assistant.
I had a man called Duffy that claimed he was her neighbor, not sure if he was telling me a yarn, however he had told me stories about her coming into a Car museum and having people drive her around,so probably could be somewhat true along with your comment. I manage a car Museum in Missouri I like Stevie,s Music, Fleetwood Mac was and is one of my favorite bands
I've driven all of those cars! When they are a heap of metal in the junkyard, they are just a hunk of junk that someone or many people paid a lot of money to have it in their possession for a while! It's amazing how people value things! When you drive out in the wilds through nature, It doesn't matter what you are driving!😂

The old Mediterranean Hollywood Hills house was purchased in the late 70's and sold in the 80's. You are showing a much more recent listing for the property... many, many years after Stevie moved out. Completely misleading and highly incorrect information with regard to her L A. residence
