I think with Rachel and Jesse its more of both pushing each other to their full potential like "oh you gonna go for the night" cause obviously lea Michele and Jonathan Groff are best friends in real life so there chemistry is gonna be amazing on and off screen and they are gonna push each other and have more fun.

I do like Brittana but I’ve never been a big fan of their vocal chemistry. Whenever they sing together Santana completely over powers Brittany, and you can barely hear her. Finn and Quinn have the same issue.
Some non-romantic duos with great vocal chemistry: 1. Santana & Sebastian’s Smooth Criminal, ofc 2. Vocal Adrenaline (I think that’s the Jonathan Groff team; it’s been years lol) singing Bohemian Rhapsody while the vocalization of Quinn giving birth is cut in 3. Anything with Mercedes & Santana; they were exceptional and underutilized 4. Rachel & Quinn’s I feel Pretty/Unpretty has to one of my favorite mash-ups of the show that is just good and not a this is insane yet good way
mercedes and santana were unstoppable, my favorite part is that their voices sound similar enough that they blend nicely but different enough that you can clearly hear them both without one overpowering the other
I read a comment a long time ago that pointed out how Rachel's voice often overpowers Finn, Finn's overpowers Quinn's. You'd expect Rachel to overpower Quinn (ik that's not how sound works but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) but instead they mesh so well together. I still think about that comment to this day

I think Kitty and Jake had great chemistry, at least five places higher. Its no surprise that the strongest singers/characters with the most relationships had the best chemistry with multiple people. I agree Lea and Jonathan have the best chemistry, but that is because it is two long time friends singing together and you almost get the feeling they forget to be Rachel and Jesse!
Oh they were only portraying 14/15 they were early 20's when Spring Awakening came out. That would have been very illegal for them to do that show if they were minors.

You're right, there's zero argument on first place. But as a huge Brittana fan, I do have to disagree with them being 2nd. Simply put, Heather isn't a singer (really, she'll tell you) and Naya overpowers her alot (though the two you picked are probably their best). I like them together, but there are couples who have better vocal chemistry, mostly because the actors who portray them have more vocal training and history singing (like Lea & Jonathan)

Only reason Rachel and Jesse won is because of Johnathan and Lea's similar training and experience that they had together prior to anything on glee. I still believe without spring awakening they would sound great together on the show but that experience and the way that their chemistry was built in that show translated to Glee as well working together again and made them better. Just a personal opinion and rant. Also Brittany was always overpowered no matter who she sang.
Johnathan was put on the show because Lea wasn’t migrating well with some of her cast mates so Ryan Murphy brought Johnathan for that purpose to make Lea a calmer person with most of the main cast

Only reason Rachel and Jesse won is because of Johnathan and Lea's similar training and experience that they had together prior to anything on glee. I still believe without spring awakening they would sound great together on the show but that experience and the way that their chemistry was built in that show translated to Glee as well working together again and made them better. Just a personal opinion and rant. Also Brittany was always overpowered no matter who she sang.
no they r #1 cuz they r the most powerful singers and blow everyone else out of the park. they are amazing solo, but unstoppable together
Johnathan was put on the show because Lea wasn’t migrating well with some of her cast mates so Ryan Murphy brought Johnathan for that purpose to make Lea a calmer person with most of the main cast
